    We were looking for an Accommodation to stay with our one-year-old, but every Hotel we checked had no Japanese-style Rooms available, so we gave up and booked a Western-style Room at another Hotel. Right up until the last minute, we kept searching on IKYU and found this Room with flooring, so we decided to stay here.The Hotel had the feel of a long-established Western-style Hotel, but the Room had been renovated, so it didn’t feel old.What surprised us most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned—even the corners of the Room were spotless. Even when our baby crawled around, there was no dust. We felt completely at ease. Thank you very much. Having a microwave and kitchen space was also very helpful. The bathroom had a separate washing area and was easy to use.Everyone—from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff—was very pleasant. Thanks to your thoughtful care in many ways, we were able to enjoy our stay with peace of mind. We’re glad we chose to stay here.When we stay in Nagano City again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    I was able to spend a calm and slightly elegant time. The welcome drink in the restaurant and the slightly larger Room were great. It’s a bit far from the station, but that made it quiet and relaxing. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.
