    The Hotel staff were...

    The Hotel staff were excellent—during our two-night stay, everyone was very kind and helpful. However, the bath facilities were a bit disappointing. That said, considering the price, it may be understandable.

    The bedroom air conditioner isn’t cooling properly.

    I ran the bedroom air conditioner at full blast, but it barely worked, and it was so hot that I woke up repeatedly. Lack of sleep is the worst during extreme heat.

    Unhelpful

    I made a Reservation for two nights, but due to my mistake I booked the check-in date one day early. Since I had no way of realizing it at the time, we arrived around noon, gave our name at reception, and left our luggage until check-in time. After killing time and returning after 3:00 p.m., I discovered during the check-in process that I had booked the wrong dates. Unfortunately, we were told a refund was not possible, so we added one more night. It couldn’t be helped. What felt strange was that when we arrived around noon, we gave our name and the staff checked the list—yet no one told us then that something was wrong. If they had informed us at that point, we wouldn’t have wasted so much time, which left me feeling frustrated. I understand that booking the wrong date was my own fault and I can’t really complain about that. However, I cannot understand why the staff said nothing despite apparently noticing it. Is this simply the level of hospitality here?

    There is severe mold in the bathroom.

    The Room itself is spacious and has a kitchen, so I think it is suitable for long-term stays. However, the mold in the bathroom was so severe that I could not soak in the bathtub. I had seen previous reviews mentioning mold, but it was disappointing that it did not seem to have been improved.

    Perhaps due to the a...

    Perhaps due to the aging Facility, there was an unpleasant sewage smell from the kitchen and washing machine. Also, the bathroom door was broken and would not close. Although it is a long-stay Hotel, the breakfast selection is limited. I also found it unusual that even the curry was not tasty. This can’t be helped, but there is a fire station next door and an emergency medical center nearby, so I was bothered by ambulance sirens at night.

    Time for a renewal!

    Convenient for group stays, I have been using this accommodation repeatedly for nearly 20 years. However, the aging is becoming noticeable. It's about time for a renovation to refresh the atmosphere, please!

    Within a 10-minute walk from Mizuho PayPay Dome

    Stayed for the first time (two nights) to watch the Pacific League Climax Series Final Stage Game 2 to Game 4. Game 2 was a great victory with Yanagita's three-run homer, though it was expected to end in Game 3... We stayed as a couple, and the facility had a laundry, while the room had a mini kitchen and microwave, allowing us to manage with minimal luggage. Both the facility and room were comfortable, and we would like to make this our regular accommodation for future seasons' games.

    Spacious and convenient, but...

    Spacious and comfortable, but the musty smell in the bathroom (bath, toilet, sink) was unpleasant. It might be from the drain or because it was a Room that hadn't been used for a while.

    It's almost like a monthly rental apartment.

    This was my first time using the service. I could only book a smoking room during the reservation process, but when I mentioned it at check-in, they kindly switched me to a non-smoking room. The room was quite spacious, almost too much for one person. However, I did notice a slight sense of age and felt that the cleaning could have been more thorough. Additionally, the customer service provided by the female staff member wearing a trainee badge was excellent. If I visit Fukuoka again, I plan to stay here. Thank you very much!

    Accommodation after 10 years

    Stayed here for the first time in 10 years. It used to be cleaner, but there are signs of aging. Good cost performance if staying alone, but it might be worth reconsidering for larger groups.

    Convenient Room

    I have used this place several times. This time, I stayed in a Moderate Twin Room. The room was convenient and comfortable, with a mini kitchen and separate bath and toilet. Also, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even brought my pre-delivered luggage to my room, which was very helpful. I would like to use it again.

    Price

    Thank you for your service. I use hotels in Fukuoka almost every month, but the prices seem to vary drastically depending on the hotel. For those who use it monthly, it is desirable to stay at a hotel that is as affordable as possible, so although it is a good hotel, please make an effort.
