colojan 9/4/2026Although I’m used to being told “That’s not possible,” every staff member handled anything I asked for or wanted to request with polite, attentive service and without the slightest sign of displeasure. Their phone support was also excellent. This Hotel truly made me feel that this is what real hotel professionals are like.
