    Although I’m used to being told “That’s not possible,” every staff member handled anything I asked for or wanted to request with polite, attentive service and without the slightest sign of displeasure. Their phone support was also excellent. This Hotel truly made me feel that this is what real hotel professionals are like.

  • It was a good, traditional Hotel.

    The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax.I was impressed that the in-room radio played clearly through the ceiling speakers. At other Hotels, even if they still have one these days, it’s often broken and unusable, which has been disappointing.There were also postcards you can send from the Hotel, along with stationery, a pen and memo pad, and a telephone—everything reminded me of how lively Hotels used to feel. It made me nostalgic and left me wanting to stay at a Hotel like this again. I also received brandy cake and champagne as a Diamond benefit; thank you very much (I don’t drink alcohol, so unfortunately I returned the champagne).Breakfast was carefully prepared and delicious.The front desk area was spacious as well—not like today’s compact Hotels—and it made me feel relaxed.Thank you for your hospitality.
