At ANA Holiday Inn Sendai, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests and employees. As part of our measures against COVID-19, we have implemented the following:

We have installed additional sanitizers at hotel entrances, lobbies on each floor, front counters, restaurants, restrooms, and other areas to ensure a safe environment for our guests.
■ Enhanced Cleaning and Ventilation in Guest Rooms and Public Spaces
We regularly disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, doors, elevator buttons, restroom doors, etc., while ensuring proper ventilation in guest rooms and throughout the facility.
■ Installation of Acrylic Panels to Prevent Droplet Spread
Acrylic panels have been installed at the front counter to prevent droplet transmission during check-in/out procedures.
■ Measures to Avoid Crowding (3Cs)
To avoid close contact situations (crowding), restaurant tables are spaced further apart for your comfort.
■ Employee Mask Policy
For public health considerations and as a preventive measure against COVID-19 infection, all staff members interacting with guests wear masks.

All employees are required to wear masks when commuting to/from work.
■ Health Checks Upon Arrival at Work
Employees undergo temperature checks using a health checklist upon arrival at work along with regular handwashing/gargling practices throughout their shifts.
■ Increased Sanitizer Stations in Back Areas
Sanitizers are placed in employee-only areas like entrances or offices so that frequent disinfection remains accessible & mandatory compliance enforced daily!

Please help us maintain hygiene standards by cooperating w/hand-sanitization upon entry into premises; complimentary room-use sanitizer bottles available via request @front desk anytime!
Daily cleaning ensures thorough ventilation across hallways/guestroom spaces except while occupied due-to-safety reasons kindly note temporary closure applies accordingly under these circumstances too!
