  • We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for four generations, ever since my late mother. It is truly a wonderful Accommodation with exceptional charm.Above all, the hospitality of the staff is outstanding. From the time of our Reservation, they carefully accommodated my grandchild’s food allergies, the number of guests in our Room, dining table arrangements, and anniversary requests, which allowed us to visit with complete peace of mind. After arriving, we received a thorough explanation at the front desk and fully enjoyed the lounge, children’s stamp activities, and the pool and Onsen facilities. My grandchild especially loves feeding the many koi swimming energetically in the clear stream in the lobby, as well as enjoying delicious snacks and drinks in the scenic-view lounge.Since what’s offered changes by time slot, it always feels exciting. With long-standing services unchanged and new ones added over time, you can really feel Ginsuiso’s continuous efforts. As it was a family anniversary trip, we stayed for the first time in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The Room was beautifully prepared to perfection. With ample space and a thoughtfully designed layout, three generations were able to spend time together comfortably and happily without stress. They even delivered lounge snacks and drinks to our Room—such attentive service truly moved us.Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the moonlit sea view was an unforgettable luxury. At dinner, they connected tables so that all eight family members could sit together. We were able to celebrate milestones—70th birthday celebrations (Koki), a promotion, and Shichi-Go-San—with delicious cuisine and joyful conversation. When my grandchild spilled water, staff quickly wiped up the floor and brought a replacement yukata. Their warm consideration went far beyond simply serving food—we were impressed again. In addition, because it was an anniversary stay, Ginsuiso gave each of us a gift; we were filled with surprise and gratitude. After dinner came fireworks launched right in front of us on Level 6 along with a dessert buffet. From 10:00 p.m., there was night-time service with upgraded alcoholic beverages—truly impeccable hospitality from start to finish. The next morning we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast buffet with both incredible variety and flavor—we were completely satisfied. After that we continued to make full use of everything: our Room’s open-air bath, the pool(s), large public bath(s), and seaside pool(s), then checked out at 1:00 p.m. The moment we checked out we started thinking about when we could come back again. My grandchild was so sad about checking out that they cried...We will definitely be back again.Thank you very much to all of your staff.

  • We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for many years. Not only are the cuisine, Onsen, and Facility outstanding, but the staff in every area always serve us with sincerity, so we can stay with peace of mind. It is an Accommodation that makes us want to return again and again. This time, for the first time, we stayed in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The spaciousness of the Room, the layout that still provides privacy even when used by two generations, and above all, soaking in the open-air bath facing the sea while enjoying the breathtaking view was truly wonderful. With the all-inclusive plan, an astonishing variety of Shizuoka specialty drinks was prepared in the refrigerator. Not only that—when we called to request drinks or snacks from the lounge, they were delivered to our Room. We were deeply impressed by such attentive service. There are also plenty of thoughtful touches and services for children as well as adults. Feeding koi fish in the lobby was spectacular; there was an indoor stamp rally; not only a Hotel pool but also seaside play at a natural tidal pool; a large public bath with a scenic open-air bath; classic Onsen table tennis; and delicious drinks along with sweets and fruit in a lounge with stunning views. Wherever we were, we felt supported by everyone’s smiles and courteous service, allowing us to relax comfortably throughout our stay. Both dinner and the breakfast buffet were high quality and delicious. We enjoyed both kaiseki cuisine and buffet-style dining. During kaiseki dinner, each dish was carefully explained to us, making it extremely satisfying for food lovers like us. We also received a surprise gift for our anniversary—we were truly touched. There is still so much more I could write about how wonderful Ginsuiso is: at checkout our whole family said we would definitely come back again—this is that kind of Accommodation. Until now we had stayed in standard Rooms, but every Room has an ocean view with spectacular scenery. The service is essentially just as excellent either way; however after this stay we strongly feel that special Rooms are also highly recommended. The only downside this time was that there were periods when the water in the open-air bath was too hot to enter; otherwise it has usually been well managed and very comfortable.Thank you very much for taking such great care of us again this year.We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

A breathtaking golden panorama! Inatori Hosono Plateau “Autumn Susuki (Pampas Grass) Viewing Event”

    Hello, this is Inatori Ginsuiso.

We would like to introduce the “Inatori Hosono Plateau Autumn Susuki (Japanese Pampas Grass) Viewing Event,” held from Friday, October 30 to Sunday, November 29, 2026.

    ■ “Hosono Plateau Susuki” that colors autumn in Inatori
Inatori Hosono Plateau is a vast highland covering approximately 125 hectares—about the size of 26 Tokyo Domes.
In autumn, susuki spreads across the entire plateau, and from around October to November its full, silvery plumes sway in the breeze.

As the season progresses, the grass gradually turns golden. The sight of sunlit susuki shimmering across the plateau looks as if a golden carpet has been laid out before you.

On clear days, you can also enjoy views beyond the susuki fields of Sagami Bay and the Izu Islands.
Being able to take in the sea, highlands, and susuki all at once is part of what makes Inatori Hosono Plateau so special.
