    The Room was clean and spacious, making it easy to relax. The night view is wonderful, and on a clear morning, the cityscape and sea of Kitakyushu seen through the large windows feel truly refreshing.The balance between modern conveniences like self check-in and the timeless sense of luxury is very comfortable, and this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again when I visit Kokura next time.Of course, the staff were also cheerful and kind. Thank you for your hospitality.

  • I really like it.

    I was a bit confused because the check-in system has been updated, but the staff were very courteous and helpful.<br>Also, when I tried to make a Reservation for “Naniwa” again this time, I wasn’t able to do so through IKYU. It would be helpful if coordination with the restaurant could be handled more smoothly online.
