  • World-class hospitality

    On my first stay, I used the lounge and the pool. The lounge menu isn’t extensive, but everything was delicious, and the drinks are brought to your seat, so you don’t have to walk around unsteadily and can relax with peace of mind. Since I was bringing my mother, I hesitated a lot when choosing from several options, but everyone who assisted us provided such pleasant service that I’m truly glad we chose this Hotel. Next time, I’d like to come back soon with my husband! I’ve found another favorite Hotel!

  • It was a wonderful stay.

    I stayed at this Hotel to visit the Vermeer exhibition. Since a shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes from Osaka Station, I used it. The meals were also excellent—afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast were all delicious. The Room was clean, and the hospitality was wonderful, so I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much for your kind support.
