I stayed here after climbing Mt. Fuji.I was able to relax in a Japanese-style Room.The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options, and everything was delicious.In particular, it was great to have an omelet made right in front of me.Parking is free, and check-out is at 11:00, so I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Above all, the staff’s attentiveness was wonderful. We stayed in a Room on the Mt. Fuji side, and we were blessed with great weather, making it a truly happy trip. I would love to stay at Fuji View Hotel again.

Garden
The grounds of Fuji View Hotel extend across the road (Route 710) along Lake Kawaguchi and include the lakeside promenade. The area is approximately 30,000 tsubo. From the street marked “Hotel Entrance,” you descend a gentle slope lined with white birch and weeping cherry trees to reach the Hotel, but from the moment you enter this slope, you are already within Fuji View Hotel.

Fujiya Hotel
Established in 1878 in Miyanoshita, Hakone as Japan’s first full-scale Resort Hotel, the Fujiya Hotel. In 1997, many of its buildings were designated as Registered Tangible Cultural Properties, and after a major renovation lasting more than two years, the “new” Fujiya Hotel reopened in 2020. Every Room features a bathroom supplied with Miyanoshita natural Onsen water, allowing you to enjoy an Onsen bath in your Room.
