  • The Facility was relaxing in a wonderful setting.

    With a mountain stream nearby and surrounded by trees, the setting was wonderful. The spacious bathhouse and access to the indoor pool made this a very satisfying trip.If I had to ask for more, the space for our two dogs to relax felt a bit small, and it would be helpful to have items such as waste bags and a flashlight for nighttime walks.

  • A lovely classic atmosphere.

    I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere.There was a group staying as well, but it never felt noisy, and I fully enjoyed the Tateshina resort.The French dinner was well balanced and delicious.They frequently asked if I wanted more bread, which made it easy to request—thank you!The Onsen is a bit of a walk, but still within an acceptable distance.(I think it would be fine if the shuttle bus ran on request, since everyone seemed to be walking there anyway...)It was a very meaningful stay.Next time, I’d like to visit during the season when the fireplace is lit.
