The Club Floor is often described as “a Hotel within a Hotel.” Among these, our popular spacious corner Room was fully renovated in 2025, making your stay even more comfortable. This renovation added a large walk-in closet to the Room, allowing you to store large suitcases and clothing with ease. We also replaced interior doors with sliding doors to make the Room easier and safer to use for wheelchair guests. In addition, each Room is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a microwave, ensuring greater comfort for families and long stays. The Premier Twin also features a mini-kitchen with an IH induction cooktop. Each Room includes the Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience—developed under Sheraton’s unique concept—to promise an angelic night’s sleep. At the exclusive Club Floor lounge, enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Rokko from the upper floors, and feel the refreshing breeze on the open-air terrace deck. Food and beverages are also served to match each time of day. You may also use the dedicated elevator directly connecting Kobe Rokko Onsen “Hamasen” and the Accommodation floors. You can easily head to the Onsen in yukata robes and dedicated slippers, and you may also use “SpaLiving,” located next to Hamasen.
