At the September and October dinner buffet, we will be holding the “Autumn Harvest Fair.” Enjoy a wide variety of dishes featuring seasonal fish and vegetables, including a barrel-platter assorted sashimi selection, grilled pork shoulder loin, Mediterranean-style seafood bouillabaisse, and mapo tofu from the Chinese restaurant “Sui Kyo En,” among many others. You can also savor dishes made with local Hyogo ingredients such as noodles from long-established Kobe maker Kenmin Foods, fully ripened figs from Nishi Ward (Kobe), and Awaji Island onions. At our lively live-cooking station, indulge in all-you-can-eat specialties such as premium Angus beef steak, tempura (threadfin fish, shrimp, and vegetables), and freshly squeezed Mont Blanc dessert. We offer approximately 50 varieties of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine to celebrate the flavors of autumn. ■Dinner■ <17:30–21:00> Dinner is served at the open-air terrace restaurant “Garden Cafe,” where you can enjoy a plentiful buffet featuring seasonal ingredients. * Child Sharing Existing Bedding children under elementary school age dine free for both dinner and breakfast buffet up to the same number as paying adults.
