We use high-quality wagyu mainly raised at Taniguchi Farm. Enjoy the rich flavor of lean meat and melt-in-your-mouth sweetness of the fat, grilled to perfection and finished with our Hotel’s special house-made steak bowl sauce for a luxurious steak rice bowl. We will prepare a seafood rice bowl topped with 3–4 carefully selected seasonal seafood items based on daily market availability.
