Enjoy a luxurious year-end and New Year dinner buffet featuring Matsusaka beef—one of Japan’s three great wagyu brands, often called “a work of art”—along with crab, nigiri sushi, and more. In addition to classic Matsusaka beef favorites such as roast beef and hamburg steak, we also incorporate it into familiar dishes to offer a wide variety of options. You can also enjoy an array of colorful hors d’oeuvres, hot dishes, and desserts, as well as Japanese selections such as mini eel rice bowls—all served buffet-style.
