    Thank you very much.

    From the moment we arrived, the staff provided attentive support with our luggage and everything else. There was a large earthquake in the middle of the night, but they promptly updated us via an in-house announcement and explained that the building is earthquake-resistant, which reassured us. We stayed in Odaiba for a Fuji TV event, and since it was close to our destination, we were able to enjoy it while taking short breaks at the Hotel. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance.

    I was recommended a ...

    I was recommended a room upgrade, but it felt a bit odd that the price difference was not disclosed until I specifically asked, despite being told it would be slightly cheaper than the regular price and hearing repeated explanations of its benefits. Additionally, there were some issues such as finding false eyelashes on the hand soap in the room (I don’t use them, so they were likely left by a previous guest) and noticing that the information sheet in the room had a different room number written on it, which momentarily made me think I had entered the wrong room. I understand there are many international guests and staff members must be very busy. However, as I plan to continue using this hotel regularly, I would appreciate it if these small details could be given more attention.
