Okura Act City Hotel Hamamatsu is directly connected to JR Hamamatsu Station (East Exit) via a moving walkway, just a 3-minute walk away. Thank you for staying in the Room with such a wonderful view.The scenery was so spectacular that my son stayed up almost all night enjoying the night view from the 42nd floor.Perhaps because of that, he had trouble waking up in the morning and we only just made it to breakfast in time.We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.
We stayed for two nights. The view was amazing and the best part of our stay. The Room wasn’t spotless in every corner, but it was an impressive building. The service was excellent, including from the international staff. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast.We look forward to staying again.

Direct access via the connecting passageway from the May One Exit (ticket gate open 6:00–21:15), about a 3-minute walk. Even on rainy days, you can reach us with little to no exposure to the rain.
