Access Information By Car Approx. 3 minutes from the “Kyobashi” exit on Hanshin Expressway Route 3 Kobe Line Approx. 10 minutes from the “Shinko” exit on Port Island Trunk Road By Train Approx. a 10-minute walk from JR/Hanshin “Motomachi” Station Approx. a 10-minute ride by hotel shuttle bus from JR “Sannomiya” Station and Hankyu/Hanshin “Kobe-Sannomiya” Station Free Shuttle Bus A shuttle bus operates daily between Hotel Okura Kobe and the Sannomiya Bus Terminal. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, it runs via Sannomiya and operates to/from Shin-Kobe Station. For details, please check the official hotel website. Information Parking (No Reservation required / JPY 1,500 per vehicle per night) In-house guests may use the parking lot for JPY 1,500 per standard-sized car per night. The guest rate applies even if you start using the parking lot in the morning on your check-in day. Please note that parking is not available by Reservation.     The elevator noise is loud.

    I stayed in a sea-facing room on a high floor for a multiple night stay. The view was excellent, but the noise from the elevators cutting through the wind was so loud that I could hardly sleep. There are six guest elevators and three staff elevators, which operate continuously, causing frequent noise. When I stayed here previously on a mid-floor level, I don't recall being bothered by such noises. It was also a sea-facing room—could the location have made a difference? The room was renovated in 2025 and looked clean, but the bathroom remained an old unit bath and was very inconvenient to use. Additionally, there were no hand towels provided, which are usually standard.

As the road adjacent to the Hotel is included in the restricted area, vehicles (including the Hotel shuttle bus) will not be able to enter the Hotel during this period.
