We stayed at this hotel for oneday as a quick layover at Noboribetsu, and booked the newly renovated rooms at the South Wing. The hotel seemed old fashioned luxury, but was apparently not prepared to handle guests overseas. There were many group tourists, and the reception was nonchalant. The rooms are ok, but the bed is really hard. Whats really bad is the the dinner and breakfast buffet. The restaurant smelled like a seafood market, its disgusting. Food selection is limited. Better choose a different hotel elsewhere.
