This was our first time camping/glamping, and I think it was well suited for beginners. I won’t go into details as I don’t want to negatively affect the Facility, but when my child got burned, you took great care of us. Everyone responded so kindly without a single unpleasant look, and we are truly grateful. It was a little disappointing that it became pitch-dark at night with almost no streetlights (which felt scary), and that there was no bathtub in the morning Onsen, but everything else was wonderful: delicious meals that left us completely full, clean toilets and wash areas, activities like the campfire and roasting marshmallows, and the outdoor playground—we had a great time! The Room was also lovely and comfortable. Every staff member was wonderful and made us feel warmly welcomed. Thank you very much.

The owner couple are very pleasant, and their attentive service reflects their long experience in hosting. It was disappointing that the TV didn’t support Abema and that the shower was a bit difficult to use. The kitchen was well equipped, so we had no inconvenience. This is a great, affordable condominium with an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji.
