We stayed overnight to celebrate our grandchild’s birthday. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bathroom—especially the shower curtain—was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast lived up to its reputation, with a wide variety of dishes you don’t see at other hotels. They also used vegetables grown locally in Kobe, which was a big plus. And the juices—these days many places use machines, but not here. There were many drink options, and since I couldn’t resist, I tried small amounts of several kinds. There were also plenty of side dishes, and I ended up eating too much. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was wonderful as well, and we would love to stay here again.

It was an unexpected surprise, and they were truly delighted and still have it proudly displayed. I often stay here when visiting Kobe because it’s in a quiet area of Kitano, and the spacious layout makes it very relaxing. It takes about 12–13 minutes to get into the city, but it’s an easy walk downhill (though the uphill walk back is tough). There are also restaurants on site, and during my two-night stay I was able to enjoy both Japanese and Western cuisine.

The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the view of Kobe’s downtown from the bath made it feel like a semi-open-air bath—it was truly wonderful! There was no noise at all, so it was very quiet and I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was on the top floor with an amazing view, and I felt great lounging on the stylish sofas! The Chinese rice porridge was delicious, and I was happy there were lots of side dishes to go with it. Having roast beef in the morning also felt luxurious—absolutely fantastic. With direct access from the station and an affordable supermarket right below the Hotel, everything was convenient and comfortable.

The Room was clean and felt more spacious than it looked in the photos. Both the property and the Room were stylish, and having a foldable makeup mirror in the Room was very helpful. Everything was well maintained and spotless. All of the housekeeping staff we passed in the hallway greeted us, which created a very pleasant atmosphere. I wish we had used the café as well, so I’d like to do so on our next stay.

I chose this Hotel because Reviews said the breakfast was delicious. The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and the Room was clean. They also provided cleansing oil and toner, and the shower had a Mirable, which left my hair and skin feeling great—I was very happy. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and everything was delicious. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Although this is a day-use stay, you can stay for a long time, so the price is comparable to an internet café, but it’s far more relaxing. It’s clean and quiet. The front desk can get crowded when check-in times overlap, but the Room is quiet and has calm interior decor, making it comfortable to spend time in. I will use it again when I need to focus on studying or work. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this Hotel the night before to catch the bus from Sannomiya to Awaji Island. The area in front of the station was under construction, so I had to take a detour, but it was conveniently located near the station and close to the bus stop. The building next door was also under construction, but it wasn’t an issue. There is a book lounge, which I was very happy about as a book-lounge fan. (I only found out after staying.) Drinks and two kinds of snacks were available free of charge. I didn’t use it, but there was also a sweets time, with local donuts served. Despite how it looks from the outside, it was a comfortable Hotel.

It was a great Hotel. Because it’s new, it was very clean, and best of all, the bath, toilet, and washbasin were separate, and the bed was spacious. The front desk staff were also kind. The only disappointment was that although the breakfast buffet is available until 9:30, popular items were almost gone before 9:00 and didn’t seem to be replenished much. There were no sweets left at all.

The Comfort Twin West Room was spacious, with refined interiors and a great view, making for a very satisfying stay. We booked a breakfast-only Plan, but the buffet was delicious, including their signature freshly grilled patty burgers and French toast. A fond memory is going with my niece again and again to make the monthly-flavor soft-serve ice cream. My mother liked it so much that she said she would like to stay here every month as a way to unwind. We made wonderful family memories. We were extremely satisfied and would love to stay again.

The check-in time was during the dark hours, but the area was well-lit and had pedestrians, making it safe to walk. There is a convenience store next door, so you can shop even after placing your luggage in your Room. I would like to use this place again next time.

The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

In an elegant, tranquil atmosphere, we were able to enjoy a truly refined stay. Famed for having “the best breakfast in the world,” my wife had long said she wanted to visit someday. From the moment we stepped into the Hotel—perfectly suited to Kobe Kitano—she was moved by its distinctly international ambiance. The next morning, we enjoyed breakfast. The colorful vegetable juices lined up before us, seasonal fruit, breads and financiers, handmade butter and confiture—everything felt light and nourishing, and it was clear how carefully each item had been prepared. I’m not someone who can speak in detail about cuisine, but there were moments that made me think, “As expected.” The Hotel staff also treated us with great courtesy throughout our stay. When my wife returned to the Room after finishing her meal and accidentally bumped into a staff member coming out of the staff room through the door, they not only showed thoughtful concern at that moment but also spoke to us again at checkout—and even a manager offered kind words as well. We assumed they wouldn’t know who we were by name, yet they had clearly looked into it and communicated internally; I was genuinely impressed by their coordination. On top of that, we left something behind in the Room and received a call on our mobile phone so we could come back to retrieve it. Thank you very much for taking care of us in every way. Although described as an auberge, I believe this is a wonderful Hotel offering truly first-class hospitality. We hope you will continue providing such refined moments for your guests in the future.

This was my first stay here. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked to leave my luggage, but since housekeeping had already finished, they kindly accommodated me and let me into my Room early. The Room was spotless and very comfortable. I was impressed that the in-room safe was designed to blend in with the interior so it wouldn’t disrupt the Room’s atmosphere. Also, while there were no drinks provided in the Room, there was a complimentary drink service in the lounge. From 17:00 to 20:00, happy hour included sparkling wine and other alcoholic beverages as well as light snacks, which felt like a great value. Whenever I went out or returned to the Hotel, staff always greeted me with “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back,” which made my stay very pleasant. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

It was conveniently located near Sannomiya Station, and being on the south side, the area around the Hotel was clean and pleasant. The Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities and service are streamlined—you pick up water yourself after check-in—but I felt that this simplicity helped keep the price reasonable. The bath was a typical in-room bath found in many hotels, but I appreciated receiving a bath additive.

This time I used the municipal subway, and the Hotel was very convenient as it is located just outside the exit. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I had no trouble finding anything I needed. Considering the price, it was understandable, but I was disappointed that there were no women’s amenities such as makeup remover, and I felt that the bathroom and toilet were small.

The Room was clean and well maintained. Security felt strong and reassuring, as access to the floor is restricted without a Room key for that floor. The location was convenient, with easy access from the station and plenty of nearby convenience stores. At the end of my stay, the toilet became clogged and wouldn’t flush when I was leaving; when I informed them at checkout, they both thanked me for letting them know and apologized for the inconvenience, which reflected very polite service.

I often use this Hotel for day-use stays.\nTrue to its name, Spa Vintage, the Facility interiors are stylish and refined. The authentic sauna and cold plunge pool are also excellent, leaving both body and mind refreshed.\nI also love that they regularly offer löyly sessions.\nThe restaurant is highly recommended as well, with a superb location where you can enjoy Kobe’s night views.

I stayed here on a business trip. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby areas, which was very helpful. The property was quiet, and I was able to rest well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. It’s a very convenient location, close to Kobe Station and within walking distance of Mosaic and other attractions. I have stayed here every year since it was Crown Palace. In the past, the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated, and I was especially concerned about the plumbing. This time, with the change in management, the facilities have been renewed and I was able to stay comfortably. I usually choose a Plan that includes breakfast, but this time I also had dinner once at the on-site restaurant. Since it has only been about six months since the management change, they seemed short-staffed, and the service felt somewhat lacking. We had dinner as a group of 10, but they said they couldn’t prepare course menus for everyone, so we ordered à la carte instead. The food was very delicious. Breakfast on both mornings was a buffet at the same restaurant, but I felt the selection was slightly limited. The omelet made by the chef was excellent. I would like to stay again next time as well, so I hope to see further improvements going forward.
