Although it was disappointing that we couldn’t use the bathroom due to a Facility malfunction, thank you very much for providing more than enough service to make up for it. Both dinner and breakfast were just as expected—generous portions and delicious. The Room and the entire property were well cleaned, so we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. We would like to stay again.
