The free Shuttle Service from Toyohashi Station was very helpful. The property feels a bit dated, but it has an upscale atmosphere, dinner options are available, and the staff were kind. Considering the price, we were very satisfied. We visited the Toyohashi City Hall Observation Deck and Yoshida Castle; both are free of charge.

I accidentally left my wristwatch on the Room table and checked out, but thank you very much for shipping it to me the same day. I was satisfied with the breakfast buffet, which offered healthy Japanese and Western dishes.

While visiting Toyohashi for two days on business, I originally planned to sleep in my car, but decided I couldn’t handle the heat and made a same-day Reservation instead. I knew it was an older Hotel, but it was very clean and the front desk staff were extremely kind. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a bidet toilet in the Room—but combined with how close it was to where I needed to go, I was able to relax comfortably. I didn’t go out much, but the station is nearby and there are convenience stores and other shops close by as well, so the location is hard to beat. If I have the same opportunity again, I’ll stay here again.

Originally, I had planned a different destination, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I made a last-minute change. Dinner... set meals...? At first, I was unsure, but it made sense. The place was filled with people on long-term business trips nearby. No wonder the large public bath was exclusively for men. The amenities were similar to those of an ordinary public bathhouse. The Room showed some age, but considering the price, it was still a great deal. Both the front desk staff and restaurant staff provided excellent service and left me satisfied. I might consider staying here again in the future—if so, I'll bring my own amenities next time!

Even with a last-minute Reservation during Golden Week, the front desk staff kindly assisted us, and it was truly relaxing. The Accommodation Fee at this time of year was surprisingly reasonable, and we were very satisfied with both the staff service and the price.

Because it was the Obon holiday and we wanted to avoid traffic, we chose this Hotel simply because it’s accessible from Toyohashi Station. The pool looked great in the photos, and it met our expectations. But the Hotel exceeded our expectations (in a good way). Even though we booked the lowest-grade Room, it had a large balcony! The bathroom has a washing area, and you can take off your shoes before stepping into the Room. Is it really okay to receive service like this? We thought the buffet at a pool Hotel would be fine as long as the kids were happy, but there wasn’t anything that tasted bad! Most dishes were above a certain standard, and besides all-you-can-eat crab, there were many seafood-based options. The shuttle bus runs mainly around check-in and check-out times, but there’s also a public bus stop just a short walk away, so getting around is easy. The bath facilities had just been renovated and were spotless. It fills up quickly during summer vacation, so we’d like to make a Reservation early next year.

I stayed at the accommodation to take the Ise Bay Ferry. Although it is an older facility, it was clean and well-maintained. I used the massage chair in the internet café on the first floor, which helped me relax after a long drive. The breakfast was also delicious.
