It was a convenient Hotel, close to Hamamatsu Station and Act City. The eel rice bowl at breakfast was delicious. Since we stayed with three people by adding an extra bed to a twin Room, the Room felt small, but it was a clean Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It was very clean, and everything we needed was provided. The safari-themed concept room had the kids thrilled, and we had a wonderful time. Check-in and check-out could be done on our own smartphone or tablet, so everything was smooth and made for a stress-free stay.

I stayed here for a fan trip, and I felt safe thanks to the women-only area and the key-access system that prevents the door from opening without tapping your key. I was also happy that there was a private, lockable shower room. This was my first stay, but I’d definitely like to stay again.

I stayed for 3 nights, and the Room cleaning was thorough, making my stay comfortable. For the breakfast buffet, I chose rice on the 1st and 3rd days and bread on the 2nd day. The menu is almost the same every day, but occasionally there are chef's specials. This time it was Chinese-style meatballs with sauce—delicious! I also appreciated having natto and whitebait available. The reception staff were very kind. The neighboring Chinese restaurant offers generous portions, leaving me full after dinner. Although the Room was small, it’s understandable; being on a higher floor provided a nice view, and amenities were well-prepared. Considering this price range, I would definitely stay here again!
