During my visit to Hamamatsu to return to my family home, I stayed with a No Meals Included plan this time. I enjoyed staying in a room with a view of Hamamatsu Castle, which allowed me to enjoy the scenery at an affordable price. There was an amenity bar at the reception area, which wasn’t available before, and I made use of various items. Personally, I liked the coffee and bath salts. The unmanned shop has also increased in convenience as I could get drinks without having to go to a convenience store. Unfortunately, all the pillows at the pillow bar were already taken, so I'll look forward to trying it next time. Although it may be difficult, I feel that having a large public bath would make it even better.

This was my first time staying here. I really appreciated the Hotel’s “Eco Favor” initiative, which lets guests choose only what they need and reduce waste—it’s a great idea that helps protect the planet. I was also happy to receive a snack. At breakfast, I was touched when a staff member thanked the guests on our floor. That made the wide variety of breakfast items taste even better. Everything was delicious, and the freshly baked bread was outstanding! I’d love to stay again—thank you very much!

I stayed for one night for personal reasons. The Room was spacious enough for this class, with a large TV and a wide double bed, which made it easy to stretch while watching videos. I’m not very comfortable with in-room bathtubs, so I looked for a Hotel with a public bath. The women’s bath wasn’t very large, but it wasn’t crowded when I used it, so I could relax. It might be a bit difficult if it gets busy. I also like the amenity setup where you pick up what you need from the lobby—no waste. The staff were kind and pleasant, and overall I had a relaxing stay. Breakfast had a good variety, so I could choose what I liked. I didn’t use it, but it’s also nice that alcohol is served during happy hour. If I come to Hamamatsu again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you!

This Hotel is conveniently located for getting anywhere, so I always stay here when visiting Hamamatsu. The on-site parking makes traveling by car easy. I also appreciate the spacious Room.
