My family and I stayed for one night in August. It was conveniently located near the park and the station, with a convenience store right across the street and a 24-hour drugstore nearby. It was also great that we could check how crowded the bath and restaurant were from our Room. The Room would have been easier to use if the bath and toilet had been completely separate, so that was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was average. It wasn’t very crowded, which was nice, but nothing particularly stood out as delicious. There is parking as well, and I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Although we only stayed for one night, we were impressed by how many Facilities were provided in such a limited space. Having a washing machine and microwave in the Room is a very welcome service for anyone traveling in Hokkaido. The Hotel has great access from the main street yet remains quiet, and with someone always around in the lobby/restaurant area, it felt warm and homey.

This was my first trip to Hokkaido. I stayed for several nights to celebrate the birth of my eldest son’s baby and to meet my grandchild. They accommodated a late check-in, which I really appreciated, and the amenities next to the front desk were plentiful. The breakfast menu changed from day to day, so I enjoyed it on the second day as well. In particular, I loved the seafood rice bowl where you can add as much of your favorite toppings as you like. All of the staff were pleasant, and I had a very comfortable stay. It would have been even better if the changing area had been a bit more spacious.

The Room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, and we had a comfortable stay. We were also able to relax and enjoy the bath. Breakfast items were all delicious! The smoothie was especially good—I liked it so much that I had seconds. The location was great, and we could get to Tanukikoji without worrying about the rain. If we have the chance to stay overnight in Sapporo again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The Facility is very clean. There is almost no outside noise. Breakfast was excellent—I ate too much for two days. When I go to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I stayed for one night in early September. It was within walking distance of Susukino, and I could also walk to sightsee at the TV Tower and the Clock Tower. Breakfast was excellent, with many delicious dishes made using ingredients from Hokkaido. There was also a large public bath, which was very relaxing. I understand it can’t be helped since it’s a changing area in the Hotel, but I felt it would be more comfortable if it were a bit larger so guests could change calmly when it gets crowded. This became one of my good memories of Sapporo. Thank you very much.

I was truly impressed by the hospitality at the front desk! We left our luggage around 11:00, and when we returned for check-in at 15:00, they remembered us—it made us very happy. We also used the lounge this time, and the staff were extremely kind, allowing us to spend a wonderful and meaningful time. From now on, we plan to stay here every time we travel to Hokkaido.

When I came to Hokkaido, I was looking forward to great food, but the Hotel’s breakfast alone was high-quality enough to fully enjoy Hokkaido.

I had a very satisfying stay. First, the location: I wasn’t familiar with Sapporo at all, but the nearest station, Odori Station, is extremely convenient with three subway lines intersecting there. Susukino is also just a short walk away. The in-room facilities were excellent. This was my first time realizing how much a mini-kitchen can elevate a hotel stay. It was great that brand-new kitchen paper and sponges were provided as well. I also used the front-loading washer/dryer—having detergent included was impressive. Another highlight was that both the showerhead and hair dryer were ReFa. Since there’s a microwave in the room, on days with an early departure you can skip hotel breakfast and instead heat up prepared foods you bought the day before (for example at Seicomart) and kept in the fridge. The air conditioner can be controlled individually in each room. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been perfect if there were a place to hang laundry where it catches the airflow from the air conditioner. With enough time, I expect it would dry without any issues. All amenities are available in the lobby, and I had no complaints at all. Breakfast is compact, but more than sufficient for the price. The zangi was nicely crisp, the soup curry was delicious, the bread selection felt stylish, and the rice was Nanatsuboshi. There’s also a thoughtful service that lets you take drinks back to your room after your meal. I also appreciated the complimentary soft-serve ice cream service after check-in. I would definitely like to stay here again next time I’m in Sapporo—this is honestly the first business hotel that has made me feel this way. Thank you very much.

More satisfying than a typical luxury Hotel in every way—attentiveness, service, Facility, access, and amenities.

Despite being very close to Susukino, a major entertainment district, the property was very quiet inside, and the hospitality and convenience were excellent. This will be my regular Accommodation in Sapporo. It was a very pleasant stay. Just one thing: The screw on the lower holder for the bathroom shower head was loose and coming off, so I couldn’t use it. I hope it can be repaired as soon as possible.

Access from Hosui-Susukino was very convenient. All the staff were very pleasant. There was no bathtub, only a shower booth, but it wasn’t a problem at all. It was my first time trying a rain shower. There was no step between the Room and the toilet, so moving back and forth was very smooth and helpful. There were lovely translucent designs at the toilet entrance and on the window curtains, and I took photos of them. I felt the bed was a little high—probably due to its position relative to the wall-mounted TV. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

I always enjoy staying here! The location is great, and I’d love to stay again in the future!

Although I was traveling solo, I stayed in a twin Room, which was spacious enough to relax. There was also a large public bath, and the towel bag and amenities needed for bathing were well provided, so even though it was a business trip, I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

Thank you for preparing a spacious Room on the top floor; the view was very soothing. It was less than a 10-minute walk to Susukino, and walking from Susukino to Sapporo Station via the underground passage, we arrived in no time. Above all, the Room was quiet and we were able to relax without stress, so we were very satisfied—and we used the massage chair many times. The parking staff were also kind. Breakfast was decent. The menu was well laid out within that space with good traffic flow. We would love to stay with you again when we visit Sapporo.

An excellent location just a 2-minute walk from Nakajima Koen Station. Beautiful views of Nakajima Park from the Room and a lovely view of the Hotel garden. Wonderful hospitality from the staff. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. Everything exceeded my expectations.

A very new hotel, about an 8-minute walk from Sapporo Station’s North Exit. There is a 7-Eleven right next to the lobby. The rooms are stylishly designed with a comfortable layout, and the number and placement of power outlets are very convenient. We went to watch a game at Es Con Field Hokkaido in Kitahiroshima on the day of check-in and returned late, so it felt a bit rushed, but the hotel’s comfort still gave us a great night’s sleep.

I stayed for five nights as a solo traveler. I chose this Hotel for its location and price, and it turned out to be the right choice. First of all, the location is excellent. Odori Park, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and Susukino are all within easy walking distance, and the streetcar and subway stations are also nearby. That makes it easy to head out on a whim—or come back to the Hotel for a quick rest if you get tired. There are also convenience stores and plenty of restaurants close by. The Room was a twin Room, but since it’s a relatively new Hotel it was clean, and it had all the basic Facility amenities you’d expect. The window opens slightly as well. The view is just a typical city scene, but I found it surprisingly enjoyable to look at. All of the staff—both at the front desk and housekeeping—were friendly and always smiling. Embarrassingly enough, I forgot something after checkout and had to come back twice, but they helped me without showing any annoyance at all. If I have another chance to visit Sapporo, I’d like to stay here again. One minor issue: the in-room refrigerator had a slight odor. I couldn’t tell whether it was coming from inside the fridge or from inside the cabinet space around it; it wasn’t unbearable, but there was an odd smell each time I opened it... Also, coffee and green tea were provided as amenities; if possible, I would have liked black tea as well.

Choosing a Hotel a little away from Sapporo Station was absolutely the right decision. Every staff member provided outstanding service. A perfect 5 out of 5 is well deserved. I will definitely make a Reservation again when visiting Sapporo. Thank you for the wonderful space.

The Room was spacious and well equipped with amenities—truly a first-class Hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying. Perks included complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and access to the lounge. Late check-out was extended from 11:00 to 12:00, so we were able to relax and take our time.
