The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, making it easily accessible, and the room was kept clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. Since breakfast was included for free, I didn't have high expectations for the content, but I was very satisfied. There weren

I stayed at this hotel because I had to catch an early morning Shinkansen after checkout, and it was within walking distance of Shin-Osaka Station. The room was more spacious than I expected, and even though it was a single, it had a sofa, which was nice. The unit bath and toilet

The bath was a standard unit bath, and I was able to bathe with my legs slightly bent. It was very clean, and shopping at the convenience store was smooth as they provided a dedicated basket. Security was solid, and I felt reassured as I had to stay on the second floor where th

This is my second stay this year. Thank you for letting me use the room, which is always kept clean. The check-in and check-out process is smooth and very convenient. I will use it again next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

The bathroom was comfortable with a separate bathtub and washing area, and the mirror in the washroom had convenient features (light, Bluetooth, anti-fog). The shirt-type pajamas instead of yukata were also comfortable. Since we stayed with three people this time, we used the s

VOD was free, but it's disappointing that the titles available for viewing with Apa's VOD are limited. The restaurant on the 1st floor changed to a new name and was also operating as an izakaya at night, but since there were no customers, I didn't go in at night. The breakfast

The room and the bathroom were also clean and well-maintained, which was pleasant. When I entered the room, the duvet was slightly wet (damp), but when I contacted the front desk, they immediately replaced it with a new one. The response was very quick and excellent! The br

We used a connecting room, and our child enjoyed being able to move between our room and the parents' room. We were very satisfied with the view of the trains and night scenery from the window. I was glad to know of a hotel that makes me proud as a Japanese person. It might be di

Check-in and check-out were smooth! It's conveniently located near the station! There is an Okinawan restaurant on the first floor, which I used. I would like to dine there again next time.

I felt that the ventilation was insufficient because the room had no windows. (There was an exhaust fan) The front desk staff was polite and nice. Having a microwave in the room was great. I was satisfied because the price was also cheap.

The room was very spacious and nice! I was a little concerned about the dust under the sofa, but the guidance from the front desk was good, and it was great that we could use additional towels and other amenities. I would definitely like to use it again.

Whenever I go to Osaka for a concert, I always stay near Shin-Osaka, but the hotel I used to stay at wasn't listed on any site, so I stayed here for two nights after a long time. The renovated guest rooms and corridors are very beautiful, and I had Japanese breakfast on the first

It is located about 30 minutes from Itami Airport using the monorail and Hankyu, making it convenient for getting anywhere. Right next to the hotel, there are a Seven-Eleven and Lawson, as well as some restaurants. The disappointing part was the breakfast. Although there is a s

Since we only needed a place to shower and sleep after the event, we looked for a hotel that was inexpensive and close to the station, and found this one. However, the interior and the bath and toilet were clean, and the amenities like shampoo were from POLA. We could also watch

With hotel prices rising everywhere, the rate was relatively reasonable, and since it was a twin room, it was very spacious. The bathroom was somewhat large, and the room temperature was comfortable. Although the building seems to be about 30 years old and there were some outdate

I always use this hotel when I go on business trips to Osaka. It is a clean and pleasant hotel. The staff's response is also very polite. The breakfast is delicious. I noticed one thing, though, I would like the bath locker key to be fixed. I will use it again.

I used this accommodation to join a tour meeting at Shin-Osaka Station the next morning. The east exit of Shin-Osaka Station was quite far within the premises. However, when I asked the front desk about the meeting place for the tour, they kindly provided detailed information. Th

The building itself seems old, but it looks like the interior has been renovated, and I thought the room, toilet, and bath were all clean. The bathtub was also a good size for a relaxing soak. I thought the breakfast buffet had a sufficient variety. It is also very close t

There is a convenience store near the hotel, which is convenient. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was clean. The refrigerator is off for environmental reasons, so if you plan to use it, turn it on as soon as you enter the room... I also use the R&B Hotel in Tokyo.
