The staff were very courteous, which made me really happy, and when it started raining as I was about to go out, they immediately noticed my hesitation at the entrance and kindly offered me an umbrella. Thank you so much! It was really helpful! I would definitely like to stay at

handled everything smoothly, for which I am grateful! Throughout the guidance and after, I felt the spirit of hospitality everywhere. I thought the person in charge of training must be excellent, as well as the trainee. The breakfast was buffet-style. At first, I wondered if

I use it for business. The room is spacious, and the desk is large, making it comfortable to work. The bed is also comfortable. Other Roynet hotels provide bath salts, but unfortunately, this one does not. The complimentary coffee is delicious.

I think it's a simple business hotel. There are entertainment elements like darts and billiards, so it seems enjoyable when staying with friends. The free massage machine was high-performance and great. I felt very relaxed. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I visit this hotel to refresh myself on holidays. There are many commercial facilities near the hotel, including Starbucks and MUJI, as well as numerous delicious restaurants that locals love to frequent, all within walking distance. The hotel is directly connected to Sakai Sta

Although it was only for two days, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Choosing the plan with dinner and breakfast included was a great decision. The meals were delicious and plentiful, and I looked forward to each one. The bath was also a clean large public bath, and it

I always use this place when I go to Osaka, and this is my third stay. If I could be a bit indulgent, I would be happy if there were rental hair irons, rental Blu-rays, or the ability to watch YouTube. But the room was clean and nice. This time, I was able to enjoy the breakfas

The building is old, but the room was more spacious and cleaner than I expected. Also, it was cheaper than the nearby Route Inn Izumi, and the room was more spacious than I thought, so I was satisfied. I definitely plan to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

There were also foreign staff members, but everyone was bright and courteous, making our stay pleasant. It's been a while since I've felt this satisfied with a hotel near a station. The cost performance is excellent. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance,

Since it was the first hotel I booked in Sakai City, I was worried about getting there without getting lost. However, I was relieved as I could take a bus directly from Nakamozu Station South Exit Bus Stop to Sakai Station Bus Stop, and the hotel was easy to find from the bus sto

The staff left an impression of being cheerful and efficient. The inn, built by Kingo Tatsuno, was beautifully designed, and the garden surrounding the inn was a pleasure to walk through. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful inn with its thoughtful touches. Thank you very muc

Because the neighboring apartment building looks directly into the room, you have to keep the shades closed at all times. The room lighting is also dim, which makes it feel gloomy. There is no affiliated parking, which is inconvenient. It’s also a bit far from the convenience store. The staff and breakfast were excellent, so this place has the potential to be much better.

I decided without hesitation because my friend lives in Yao. It's in an excellent location, just a 2-3 minute walk to the station and about 20 minutes to Namba Station. The parking lot was also nearby and reasonably priced. I didn't have breakfast, but there's a donut shop in the

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter, No Meals Included. The Room was very clean and quiet, but it was too compact, making it a bit challenging to open even a small suitcase (if both of us opened our suitcases at the same time, the floor space was completely occupied). It was convenient that we could store suitcases under the bed when not in use. The chair had wheels and could be moved easily, but due to the narrow space in the Room, moving it around was still difficult. A bit more space would have been ideal. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short and barely reached the edge of the bathtub; water splashed outside when using the shower. A longer curtain would be better. As for the refrigerator, a salad I stored overnight froze by morning due to its strong cooling power—next time I'll pay more attention to placement and temperature settings. I used the laundry facilities; they were convenient as various payment methods were accepted besides coins. However, there were only two washing machines available, so including drying time meant waiting quite long. Adding one or two more machines would improve this. At checkout time, I realized I might not make it by 10 AM due to packing delays. When I requested an extension, staff kindly informed me that becoming a member allows free extensions until 11 AM and promptly assisted me with this option—I truly appreciated their support. I will definitely consider choosing your Hotel again for future stays!

There was a wide variety of amenities, including a ReFa hairdryer, a special showerhead, shampoo, and lotion, and I could freely use the massage chair, which made it very comfortable. I was considering taking a nap at the service area, but now I think using a hotel like this is

The exterior was as expected, but it was conveniently located near the station and had a convenience store next door. I arrived before the check-in time and intended to just complete the paperwork, but they allowed me to check in, which was very helpful. The room's furniture wa

It is a small Hotel, but the Room was more spacious and cleaner than expected. The bathroom is a unit type, which felt a bit narrow and old.

Locals say the food is delicious, so they use the large banquet hall for parties. After enjoying the Onsen and having breakfast, I was satisfied. It tends to be used more by men. Tea is placed in the hallway rather than in the Room.

I read in the reviews that there is only one large bath and the time is divided between men and women. I was worried I might not be able to use it, but I was glad I could. The hotel staff were kind and accommodating, which was nice. The room was spacious, so I was able to sta
