There were also provided body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but we didn’t use them because we brought our own. There is a convenience store nearby, and it’s close to the station as well, which was very convenient. For parking, we used a paid coin-operated parking lot a short wa

First, the washbasin is large. Sometimes when washing your face, the surrounding area can get wet, but since it was a large washbasin, I was able to use it cleanly. Also, I liked that the pajamas were in a separate top and bottom style. It's reasonably priced and highly recomme

The building was quiet, and the Facilities were well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. What I especially appreciated was the staircase in front of the elevators, which was convenient to use during busy times. If I have another chance to stay overnight in Nagoya, I would

I used this hotel to attend a live event at Zeep Nagoya. It's conveniently close to the venue. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was spacious and comfortable. I thought the service of getting a stamp on a card if you don't need a toothbrush or razor was a nice touch. I w

This is my second stay. I was satisfied with the proximity to the station and the cleanliness of the Room during my previous visit, so I decided to stay here again. As before, it was a satisfying stay. I only interacted with the front desk staff during check-in and check-ou

Despite its name, this is a very ordinary Hotel. Since there is no staff at the front desk, it may be a good choice for guests who prefer minimal interaction. The services are neither particularly good nor bad. The biggest advantage of this Hotel is that you can stay at a low price despite its convenient location.

The service and facilities felt appropriate for the price. I had no particular complaints, but there was nothing that especially impressed me either.

I have stayed here multiple times, and I always find the front staff's language and service to be excellent. The Room's air conditioning appears to be individual, but it is actually centrally controlled, which is a bit disappointing. For breakfast, I had two pieces of bread. Pers

The amenities, welcome drink, and comic selection were excellent, making our stay more comfortable than expected. We also appreciated the dashi broth we received at check-in. One of the beds in the triple room was an extra bed and a bit soft, but we slept fine with no issues.

For those who find walking difficult, there is a loop bus stop on the hotel's first floor, and rental bicycles are available nearby, which was very convenient. The front desk service was excellent, the room was clean, and I am very satisfied with my stay. Since there is a fir

Affordable price,\nconveniently located near the station with plenty of amenities nearby.\nIf you just need a place to sleep, it’s more than sufficient.\nThe only downside was that the Wi‑Fi signal was weak.

The accommodation was relatively close to the station, making it convenient. The pillows and mattress suited my body well, allowing me to sleep soundly—it seems they were Tempur and Simmons. While the facility is somewhat old, it was well-cleaned, and the room was spacious en

The hotel was quite clean, and the front desk staff were very kind. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The room was compact, but the TV was large and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone working or sightseei

My wife stayed this time and was extremely satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite arriving earlier than planned, the staff accommodated her check-in. She was deeply impressed by the kind and courteous service of the employees. Thank you very much!

I was surprised to find an English map of the area around the Hotel! The location is convenient—about a 3-minute walk from Exit 2 of Marununouchi Station—but since it’s a business district, there aren’t many restaurants nearby. Dinner within walking distance might be difficult.

The ladies' floor offers peace of mind, with clean rooms, spacious beds, a large TV, and a ReFa shower—absolutely perfect! Check-in and check-out were smooth with clear explanations, making the experience stress-free. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning—it was delic

Located in a great area, I stay here about twice a month. For those seeking excessive services or being overly critical, perhaps consider staying at a Hotel priced around 100,000 yen per night. To emphasize again, this is a great Hotel.

This was my first stay at Nagoya Sakae East. It is located right next to the Nagoya Sakae property, and it was comfortable except for the lack of a large public bath, parking, and a restaurant. In particular, the bath towels were new and felt great. It was very convenient because I could walk everywhere I needed to go. Even when it rained, they kindly lent me an umbrella.

It was a very nice Accommodation. The Onsen is free-flowing from the source—excellent. The sauna is medium temperature. The mats are clean—excellent. The cold bath is quite lukewarm—not so great. Since day visitors also use the Onsen, there are no amenities like lotion. Please br

The women’s large public bath is very small—more like a small bath. When we went around 9:00 p.m., all 12 lockers were already taken, even for our parent-and-child group. When we entered the bathing area, all three shower stations were occupied and three people were waiting; when we joined the line, it became six. It was my first time having to wait in a naked line in the bath area. By the time we finished, there was a line for lockers stretching out into the hallway. It was so hectic that we couldn’t even think about enjoying the view. If capacity is limited, I wish there had been some kind of limit on the number of users or clearer notice that it gets very crowded—we would have reconsidered using it. Everything from the front desk to our Room had a great atmosphere and was comfortable, but the bath alone was shocking.
