I stayed here when visiting Ghibli Park! Even though the Reservation mistake was my fault, the staff handled it flexibly without showing any displeasure. Thank you so much! The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but the service here was outstanding and made my stay truly pleasant. Not only the front desk staff, but also everyone working at the buffet was cheerful, and I had a great morning. I don’t usually stay at a Business Hotel, but when I’m in Nagoya again, this is definitely the Hotel I want to stay at!

Richmond Hotel has rarely disappointed me in the past, and this stay in Nagoya reminded me why. The rates are not cheap, but the rooms are thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, and the calm interior decor left a great impression. The bed quality in particular was excellent, offering a level of comfort that feels a step above a typical Business Hotel. I was also looking forward to breakfast at Royal Host. The omelet and pancakes were smaller than expected, but both are cooked to order, which made it more satisfying than a standard buffet. I was especially impressed by a young female staff member with glasses on the floor who smoothly assisted an international guest in English without a Reservation. It was only a brief exchange, but it clearly reflected the high service standards of the Hotel overall. From the room and breakfast to the staff service, I was satisfied with almost everything. Even if it costs a bit more, this is an Accommodation where you can truly feel what you’re paying for.

At this Hotel, the beds are on the firmer side and also spacious, so I always sleep very well. With practical details like the placement of the sink and table, it’s such a comfortable Room that next time I’d love to do a Multiple Night Stay if possible. Breakfast is great too—yo

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights! The Room was clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and the view from the window was amazing—morning sunlight streamed in, and the night view was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent; everything was delicious, and we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful morning. After checkout, I realized I had left something behind in the Room and contacted them. Everyone was kind, and they carefully mailed it to me later. Thank you!

I stayed here to attend a game at the dome. I have a hearing impairment, and I sincerely appreciate your kind and attentive support at check-in. The Room was clean, and I also enjoyed the large public bath. The breakfast bread and soup were very delicious. I travel to many places following the Tigers, but for Nagoya, I will definitely stay here again next time.

This was my first stay. The Hotel is adjacent to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor the night view was beautiful. We were also able to watch the sunrise and enjoy a quiet, dreamlike scene. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while the drinks in the refrigerator are paid items, there was a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, but we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best Hotels I have stayed at so far. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as the key card only worked for our Accommodation floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

It’s hard to find a Hotel with such an attractive Accommodation Fee that also includes parking. Plus, because it’s an underground parking garage, it’s ideal in any weather—hot days, cold days, or rainy days. As for things I’d like improved… checkout is at 11:00 anyway… Overall, I was satisfied enough to overlook the small details.

This is our regular Accommodation, and we always appreciate your hospitality. It’s not too far to walk from Nagoya Station, and with an Onsen as well, it’s a quiet place where we can relax and rest comfortably. Don Quijote is right in front, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast is especially delicious, and it’s a Hotel we would love to stay at again!

We visited LEGOLAND for the first time on a birthday trip for my son, who just turned 7. Before heading to the park, we left our luggage at the hotel (you can check in, but rooms are available from 4:00 PM), then played from the 10:00 AM opening until the 6:00 PM closing (we went on a total of 24 rides—so much fun!), and finally returned to the hotel. As soon as you exit the park gate, the LEGOLAND Hotel is right in front of you. It’s colorful and adorable, and the dragon statue by the entrance is impressive. It also looks beautiful when lit up at night! The lobby has a large LEGO pool (a play area filled with LEGO bricks) and a gift shop. On the second floor there’s an amazing themed play area with a Western-style castle, pirate ship, and ninja castle—kids will be thrilled. The buffet restaurant is full of LEGO-built chefs and waiters everywhere, which makes it so exciting. There were so many spots that made me want to take photos. The breakfast buffet (included for all guests) has an unbelievable variety—you can’t possibly choose everything! They even have ready-to-eat baby food. In addition to standard Western breakfast items, there are also Japanese dishes like kishimen noodles and obanzai-style side dishes—and they’re really delicious! There are plenty of drinks and desserts as well. The elevator won’t move unless you tap your room key. Inside, a mirror ball spins while it’s running and fun music plays. In the hallway there are vending machines and a free ice machine (super convenient). Drinks from the vending machines are pricey—one bottle of Coca-Cola is 300 yen—but there aren’t any convenience stores nearby, so if you want something you’ll need to buy it there. The room also comes with four small bottles of I LOHAS water plus cocoa powder, coffee, black tea, green tea, and other drinks. You can make hot cocoa with boiled water and quickly chill it using ice from down the hall. Both the hallway and rooms are packed with LEGO details—it’s fantastic! From the adults’ bedroom you can see LEGOLAND lit up right in front of you. The kids sleep in a separate room on the other side of bathroom from us; it has bunk beds plus a puzzle treasure box. My child kept playing with LEGO while watching NINJAGO on TV. The bathroom was a unit bath style but spacious enough, and it dries quickly after use so it doesn’t feel damp. Although many staff members were young, everyone was very kind—especially to children—and worked energetically with big smiles. It was truly a wonderful hotel. We would love to stay again!

I stayed here because I couldn’t get home. After spending the night at an evacuation shelter, I would have been completely exhausted at work the next day, so I’m glad I made a Reservation early. They lent me a phone charger and an iron free of charge, and I was able to use the coin laundry. The amenities were well stocked, so I could go to work as usual. The Shuttle Service to the nearest station was also available, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

I have stayed here multiple times, and the reception staff is always kind and efficient, making it a pleasant experience. Although I requested no cleaning, it was disappointing that there was no replacement of towels or linens. The ReFa and amenities in the Ladies' Plan were very satisfying.

I stayed one night in a twin Room. I made a same-day Reservation and checked in a few hours later, but the Room was ready and I was able to go in right away. I’m not a fan of unit baths, so this Room—with a shower room only and separate sink and toilet—was perfect for me. It was compact yet well laid out, and I had a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

Recently, my family of three stayed at the accommodation. The open-air bath located so close to Nagoya Station was exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, making us forget we were near the station. Each person could sleep on their own futon, which makes it highly recommended for families with children. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed as a family of five. Feeling uncertain about the location, we arrived in Nagoya early and went to check it out. By chance, we met a cleaning staff member who kindly spoke to us. After explaining that we came for a preview, they informed the team and later contacted us saying, "The room is ready, so you can come anytime." Thank you very much for your kind response. The Room was very clean and spacious enough for five people to relax comfortably.
