I stayed here the night before attending a wedding. It’s a compact Hotel, but it’s close to the station and, above all, very affordable—so I was extremely satisfied. The building felt a bit dated, but I felt that was more than made up for by the excellent service from the Hotel staff. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It’s hard to find a Hotel with such an attractive Accommodation Fee that also includes parking. Plus, because it’s an underground parking garage, it’s ideal in any weather—hot days, cold days, or rainy days. As for things I’d like improved… checkout is at 11:00 anyway… Overall, I was satisfied enough to overlook the small details.

I chose LiVEMAX for three weeks of work from Sunday to Saturday. The reason is that each Room has a microwave. I got tired of eating out every day, so it’s great to be able to shop at the supermarket and heat up meals. Other hotels are available, but having to go down to the lobby is inconvenient. Thank you, LiVEMAX.

I stayed here to attend a game at the dome. I have a hearing impairment, and I sincerely appreciate your kind and attentive support at check-in. The Room was clean, and I also enjoyed the large public bath. The breakfast bread and soup were very delicious. I travel to many places following the Tigers, but for Nagoya, I will definitely stay here again next time.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Sakae and Osu. There is a book café on the 1st floor that you can use 24 hours a day. I received a welcome drink and was able to relax while reading any book I liked, and the Room was clean as well. It was a little disappointing that the bathroom only had a shower.

I made a Reservation for a concert at Niterra Civic Hall (Nippon Tokushu Togyō). It was perfectly close—just a 30-second walk to the venue. Even though the Hotel is in a lively area, it was very quiet, and the staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and I was very satisfied with the perfectly sized shelf in the changing area—just the right height and width. The lounge coffee was delicious, and although the manga corner is small, it had an appealing selection and I really enjoyed it! For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal at “Tenya” on the first floor. The salmon, spinach ohitashi, and miso soup were all deeply comforting and delicious—I felt happily full from the morning for the first time in a while. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again—so much so that I’m thinking of checking upcoming concerts at Niterra Civic Hall just as an excuse to come back. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

The Room was clean and comfortable. Not only the front desk staff but also the housekeeping team were polite and pleasant.

• Price paid: up to ¥9,000 • Room (how spacious it feels during the stay): The bed is large and the room size is sufficient, but the desk area is a bit cramped, which may be inconvenient if you have large luggage. There are also few places to hang clothes, so it could be inconvenient in winter. The bed-making was not great. • In-room bath: There is a bathtub and it’s reasonably spacious. It’s also kept clean. • Public bath: None • Amenities: You pick up what you need at the front desk, including toothbrushes. They also have shaving gel, which was nice. • Wi‑Fi: Fairly stable with good speed. • TV: Standard; no issues. • Refrigerator: Standard single-person size. • Slippers: Not disposable, but disposable covers are available at the front desk for those who prefer them. • Loungewear: One-piece type. • Air conditioning: Centrally controlled for the whole building; you can only choose Low/Medium/High, so it may not suit those who want fine adjustments. • Breakfast: Adequate in a basic sense, but there were no meat dishes and no items like furikake or nori, so it may not suit those who want a hearty breakfast. If breakfast is important to you, it may be safer to skip this option. • Front desk: Standard check-in; no problems at all. • Overall review: Overall, signs of aging are noticeable throughout the property—stains and some wear can be seen in the room as well. However, cleaning is thorough and I was able to stay comfortably without any issues. For this price range (up to ¥9,000), it seems reasonable value overall.

I usually can’t sleep on trips and had resigned myself to that, but the choice of pillows was so good that I slept soundly every night! The welcome drink was also great. I was impressed that you can check how crowded breakfast is on the TV screen. The staff were cheerful and professional, which made my stay very comfortable. My only regret is that I wish I had stayed at this Accommodation for my entire trip.

I stayed here overnight after a live concert. I really appreciated that they were able to store my luggage, as it was quite large. Amenities were self-serve, so you can take only what you need. There is a convenience store right next door, so you can easily pick up anything you may be missing.

This is my favorite Accommodation where I can always enjoy a comfortable stay. This time, I forgot my smartphone charger and panicked, but they kindly lent me one. I was also happy to be on the top floor with a great view, with a clear sight of the newest buildings and the TV tower. I will stay here again.

This Hotel is conveniently located and easy to use for getting anywhere.

I stayed here because I couldn’t get home. After spending the night at an evacuation shelter, I would have been completely exhausted at work the next day, so I’m glad I made a Reservation early. They lent me a phone charger and an iron free of charge, and I was able to use the coin laundry. The amenities were well stocked, so I could go to work as usual. The Shuttle Service to the nearest station was also available, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

A welcome drink was provided. You could choose any one drink you liked. I've never seen such a service before. The staff who assisted us were very kind. I'm glad I stayed here!

I stayed in the Luxury Single Room again this time. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the room even had a kitchen and a washer-dryer (though I didn’t use it). Considering the price and Facility, it was very reasonable. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, making it a pleasant Hotel. I’d love to stay again next time.

I use this place every year for sumo and baseball games. Although the distance to the subway station is a bit far, the affordable price and convenient access to Vantelin Dome and IG Arena are greatly appreciated. The lounge is enjoyable, but it's a bit disappointing that only "Umaibo" snacks are available now.

The lounge was more affordable than expected, yet the quality was excellent—I really enjoyed it. It’s also conveniently located with easy access from Meieki Station, so I’d like to stay here again.

Within a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth using the QR code sent in advance via SMS. The room was compact but very clean, and both the toilet and bath were spotless. The amenities on the first floor were well stocked and very helpful. The staff were well trained and excellent. The Mister Donut breakfast is just right for a quick meal.

The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were very kind with wonderful smiles—overall it was a great stay. Thank you for arranging things so we didn’t have to change rooms even though we accidentally booked a different room for one night during our consecutive stay. However, there was a strong sewage smell in the room, which was a negative point. Even with the bathroom door closed, we could still smell it slightly.

The Room was quiet and comfortable. This Hotel is very convenient, located close to the station.
