This is my third stay at this hotel, and I absolutely love it. Nara is a perfect place to enjoy temples, shrines, and nature at a leisurely pace, and whenever I visit, I always choose to stay at Novotel Nara. I highly recommend the Executive Floor for its cozy Executive Lounge,

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. It was a three-generation trip with my daughter and grandchild, and it became a great memory. We are truly grateful—thank you very much.

I enjoyed watching the Omizutori ceremony at Todaiji Nigatsudo and had a pleasant stay with that feeling lingering. The room was functional and clean, with a spacious and relaxing bathroom. It is a rare and refreshing new accommodation in Nara.

I stayed here on a trip to Nara. Even though it was a great-value Plan, the Room was spacious and spotless, with a wide range of amenities. It was also very quiet. The bathroom and toilet were new, and the Facility was excellent, so I had a very comfortable stay. Above all, every

Conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from the station, I stayed for one night at a very reasonable price. I was able to use the parking lot, and there were also nearby parking options if you arrived early (they were full by evening). This time I wanted to eat at the nearby Matsuya (since there isn’t one near where I live), so I didn’t use the breakfast service. Overall, everything was clean, it wasn’t noisy, and I had a comfortable stay. However, the only disappointing point was that the entrance vestibule didn’t seem to be well cleaned. Since the entrance is the face of the Hotel, it’s a shame when cleaning isn’t thorough there.

The pool staff also took great care of us (delivering multiple bathrobes, among other things), showcasing their exceptional hospitality overall. The room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. Next time, I plan to stay for two nights. I'm already looking forward to

What impressed me most was how wonderful the staff were!! From check-in to check-out, everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome—I was truly touched. Thank you very much. The only downside was how small the Room was. I chose a Room with a queen-size bed based

My Room was a single, but I stayed comfortably. With the TV mounted on the wall, the space felt larger. As always, the meals and the baths here are excellent. The Asian dining area has private rooms, so I could relax and enjoy my meal. The staff were dressed in kimono, which add

The exterior and interior were stylish, which lifted my spirits. The Room was very clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. I could hear the sound of Kofukuji Temple's bell as I spent both night and morning in this charming space, feeling truly happy. Thank you very much!

Although it’s very close to Kintetsu Nara Station, it’s not noisy, and the location is convenient both for an early-morning walk in Nara Park and for going to Naramachi for dinner.\nHowever, I was a bit bothered by a musky scent—perhaps lingering from the previous guest.\nOther than that, the Room was spacious and very clean, so I would like to stay again.

The bath is not an Onsen, but the bathtub water level is preset automatically; it filled all the way up, and when I soaked with my tired legs stretched out, the water overflowed pleasantly and my fatigue just melted away. The bath towels and face towels were thick and fluffy. The

I used it for the first time. I got a little lost on the way to the Stays. After arriving, I was taken care of by a person with a wonderful smile, and we had a lively conversation. The overall atmosphere is calm. The meals were all delicious, filled with the chef's special touches. They also changed ingredients for allergies and confirmed before serving, which made me feel at ease. It is a Property I would like to visit again.

The room was spacious enough for a single room, and I was happy to find a large sofa. The shower had strong water pressure, making it very comfortable to use. Having a kettle and humidifier provided was also helpful. The amenities were standard, but I think women would appreciate having items like lotion or moisturizer available. There was some loud noise at night that caught my attention, but it wasn't disruptive enough to prevent sleep. I had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor of the building. The hospitality from the hostess and staff left a positive impression of this accommodation as an excellent choice. I would love to stay here again!

I thought it might be noisy because the Self-Defense Forces base is nearby, but it was quiet and I slept well. For dinner I had the hamburger steak; it was very tender and the sauce was delicious. The salad, soup, and dessert were also great. Breakfast was Western-style—thick-cut toast, stew, salad, and a boiled egg—and I was very satisfied. The bath was a jet bath with a TV, which surprised me. I asked a question about parking and they responded politely. All of the staff were kind and it was wonderful overall. This is a hotel I’d like to stay at again when I come to Nara. Thank you very much.

The parking lot was spacious and easy to park in. The breakfast bread was freshly baked, and even during a Multiple Night Stay, we were happy to have several different types of bread each day. If sparkling water had been available with the evening welcome drink, it might have been even more enjoyable. Since the room access uses a PIN code, it was convenient not having to carry a card or key around.

The entire facility seemed well-maintained and clean. All the staff members, including the restaurant staff, were wonderful. There was an adorable origami deer in the room with a message that I took home as a keepsake. It added another great memory to my trip. Thank you ver

I used this accommodation for work and travel in Kyoto (with my family of four). Since accommodations in Kyoto city were expensive, we decided to stay here as we were traveling by car. It takes about 30-40 minutes from Kyoto city, and there is an onsen facility nearby, along with restaurants and supermarkets, which was convenient. The hotel facilities were clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. The parking lot was also large and convenient. Breakfast was great as well. I think I will choose this place again next time. Thank you very much!

Everything was impeccable, from the cleanliness of the Facility and the staff’s service to the breakfast. One minor issue: a few long hairs were stuck to the bathroom ceiling. I assume they became airborne while drying and remained there.

The next day, after checking out, I could visit again during the daytime. The view from the Room window was beautiful, and it felt refreshing to take some time to relax while enjoying the scenery after a long time. The only downside is that there are no convenience stores nea

Pros: Great location for sightseeing, free parking, spacious Room, the air conditioning was turned on to match our check-in time, clean bathroom, and the steel-framed windows looked stylish. Cons: The light switches were hard to find, the refrigerator didn’t cool very well, the check-in process was confusing, and the bed was on the firm side. We could hear voices and snoring from other Rooms, but once we fell asleep it didn’t bother us. Since we brought bicycles, it wasn’t an issue that the convenience store was a bit far. It had a different vibe from a typical Hotel—fresh and comfortable to stay in.
