My family wasn’t all together at check-in, but the staff kindly offered to hold our key card at the front desk. They proactively spoke to us before we even asked, and their thoughtful service was much appreciated. It was a bit disappointing that the lounge closed earlier than expected in the evening, but overall we had a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here during Silver Week, and the Room was clean. I could also use the bath until 1:00 a.m., so overall I was very satisfied. If I had to mention anything, it would be that there is no parking, and personally I would have liked grilled salmon and natto for breakfast.

As it was my first stay, I called several times, and they always responded kindly. When I arrived, all the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. I booked with breakfast, and it was excellent value for money—better than the price suggests. I would like to stay here again next time.

I stayed here on a business trip. Having a large public bath is really great! It’s available until 1:00 a.m. Perhaps because I used it quite late at night, I was able to enjoy a relaxing bath all by myself. The Room I stayed in was spacious, and the bed was large as well, so it was very comfortable. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance. However, the massage chair felt quite worn out, and it made me hesitate to use it. I was looking forward to it, so that was the only disappointment—but overall, including the staff’s service, I was very satisfied.

It is conveniently located and easy to find from Kyoto Station, and the complimentary breakfast and drink bar were excellent. I had a Reservation for two nights in a single Room, but they upgraded me to a twin, so I was happy to have more space. This is a highly recommended Hotel near Kyoto Station!
