The Christmas spirit inside the Hotel was filled with joyful singing, objects, and decorations, which was wonderful. The Room was beautifully prepared, and the Hotel was clean. The delicious food from the morning was plentiful and satisfying, making it a great start to participat

The Room is bright and clean. I like the large public bath with its spacious tub that warms you up, and this time I also enjoyed a morning bath. It’s convenient that you can check how crowded it is in advance. Breakfast offers different side-dish options each day, so even on a Mu

I stayed one summer night at Hotel Awina Osaka. For dinner, I bought my favorite ingredients at a great price in the basement food floor of the Kintetsu Uehommachi Department Store right before closing, and ate them in my Room. I was very satisfied. The large public bath on the 5th floor was crowded with about three families with small children, but the pleasantly warm water was nice. The bed was comfortably firm. What I especially liked was breakfast. I made a Reservation in advance. The selection was plentiful and everything tasted great. Breakfast started at 7:00, and I selfishly wished it could start a little earlier—but I know preparing it must be a lot of work. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Breakfast didn’t have an extensive variety but included delightful options like mentaiko, soy-marinated salmon roe, and sea bream chazuke—personally satisfying and delicious! The staff were kind, attentive, and provided excellent service. Additionally, it was helpful that they

Right after check-in, I was able to have the spa all to myself, which allowed me to relax and rejuvenate both body and mind. The soup in the lounge was also delicious. The next morning's buffet offered an elegant start to the day with sunlight streaming through large windows over

The guest room was well-maintained and very satisfying. The Hotel breakfast buffet is of higher quality compared to Coco's breakfast buffet. There are two convenience stores right in front of the Hotel and a drugstore nearby. The drugstore sells alcohol at prices lower than th

I stayed here previously for a concert at Osaka-jo Hall, and this time for a business trip. It was convenient to have a convenience store without even leaving the hotel. With great access, reasonable rates, and clean rooms, I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your thoughtful care. This time, I used the 1F restaurant “P72” for lunch for the first time. I was very satisfied with the comfortable atmosphere and service, and with dishes that were a delight to both the eyes and the palate. Breakfast was as outstanding as ever.

It’s a great example that booking direct isn’t always best depending on the Hotel. Due to Expo-related demand and inbound tourism, prices had been so high up until last year that it was hard to stay here—but this time I finally enjoyed another great-value stay at my favorite “qu

I stayed here for the first time because it’s within walking distance of Osaka-jō Hall, and it was also convenient that it’s within walking distance from Morinomiya Station and there is a shuttle bus between the station and the Hotel. This time I had a city-view Room, but next time I’d like to make a Reservation for a castle-view Room. It was also nice to be able to walk through Osaka Castle Park on the way to Osaka-jō Hall. At night, though, there were few people around, which felt a bit unsettling.

The Hotel is very clean, and the Room is comfortable. A welcome drink is available, and it exceeded expectations for the price. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the station. However, passing through the famous shopping street makes it manageable even in bad weather. The station layout was confusing, and navigating with my smartphone was challenging at first. If you're heading to the Hotel late at night for the first time, it might be tricky. Now that I know my way around and enjoyed exploring the unique shopping street, I would love to stay here again!

The Room was very spacious, and it was conveniently located near the station.

A direct limousine bus from Kansai Airport brought us to the nearest station, and the Hotel was visible from there, making it easy to find without any confusion. Despite being in a bustling area, the surroundings of the Hotel were very quiet, allowing us to relax comfortably in o

(sweat) The Room was very clean, and the shower water pressure was excellent (lol), making my stay comfortable. Considering the Accommodation Fee and how conveniently located it is near the nearest station, I think it’s a perfect Hotel with nothing to complain about. I slept ve

I think this building was renovated from a former studio apartment into a Hotel. The Room is spacious for the price. The bath is small, but the toilet is separate. Next time I stay in Tsuruhashi, I’d like to use it again.

This was my first time staying at a Hotel without on-site staff, and when I called because I was confused about a few things, you were extremely kind and helpful despite my misunderstanding. Thank you very much.

I used the accommodation before and after undergoing a day surgery on my nose nearby. After the surgery, I bled and stained the sheets and towels, and I offered to compensate for them, but they kindly said, "It's okay, we'll take care of it." I received very good service and

No Meals Included available, conveniently located near Yao Station.

I stayed here after watching a video introduced by a YouTuber. Since it was during the Expo period and prices in the city center had surged, I chose this Accommodation a little farther out. The staff were kind and taught me various things about the town. It was a No Meals Included Plan, but I paid to visit Ebisu-yu. As someone who loves public baths, Ebisu-yu had Showa-era pop songs playing and the atmosphere was fantastic! I grabbed breakfast at a convenience store. In the Room I stayed in, the shower was shared with other guests. There is a women’s shower on the second floor, and while it can be locked from inside, if no one is using it, honestly anyone could enter. That made me feel a bit uneasy about security. The toilet area in the Room has a sink and mirror, but because the walls are dark and the lighting is like a spotlight, it wasn’t suitable for doing makeup. The price is reasonable, so I think these issues are within an acceptable range. If I stay again next time, I’d like to book an entire building rental.
