The location is close to the station, so I initially thought the lack of parking might be a downside. However, there are several parking lots nearby, which was very convenient. I stayed in a smoking Room, but it was very clean with minimal odor. I would love to stay again. Thank

However, I always feel that cleaning standards across Livemax Hotels could be slightly improved. Instead of using the provided black hotel slippers, I brought my own white disposable slippers to walk around the room. When walking near the bathroom area, I noticed hair sticking

I’ve stayed here several times. Check-in is extremely smooth! It’s basically, “If your address and phone number are correct, please sign here,” and I really like that they hand you the key right away. It’s completely different from places that make you write your address, name,

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and their smiles made me happy. Amenities are self-service, so you can pick up what you need anytime. For a two-night stay like mine, this system was really convenient. Breakfast is prepared on a tray labeled with your Room n

I stayed at the accommodation again to attend the Chintoro Festival for the second time. This time as well, I was provided with a room where I could see the fireworks, and I was able to enjoy them leisurely from my room, which felt incredibly luxurious! Thank you so much. Reg

Also, perhaps because it’s the middle floor, the elevators seem designed so that one is always waiting on the 6th floor. I felt a bit sorry for guests on other floors, but I was glad to be on the 6th. The bath was available from 5:00 a.m., and breakfast from 6:00 a.m., which was

Upon exiting the elevator, there was a stylish wall painting of cars. Inside the Room, beautiful artwork was displayed as well. This elevated the experience to feel like more than just a Business Hotel, adding an elegant touch. The breakfast was also delicious. I would love to us

Wired LAN is also available, and the internet connection is stable. There are restaurants, convenience stores, a bookstore, and a 100-yen shop within walking distance, so you can easily pick up anything you need. The Hotel was surprisingly quiet during the day, making it a great

The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of dishes, all-you-can-eat, and so delicious that I didn't even need lunch. Thank you for the wonderful meal. During Happy Hour, one drink and one serving of curry rice were free (no refills allowed). The portions were just right, making

The staff responded politely to my requests, allowing me to complete my plans smoothly. Breakfast consisted of light meals such as toast, rice balls, and beverages, so I did not include the meal option. Personally, the light meal was sufficient for me. I plan to use this ac

I am really glad I opted for the dinner-inclusive plan. I stayed in a new room on the third floor. The bed was spacious and clean, there was a microwave, and it was convenient to move to the gym on the same floor. I am very grateful to all the staff for their kindness. I would lo

However, considering the price, I am very satisfied. The amenities are overwhelmingly better than other Business Hotels! There is also a drink bar, which made the children very happy! I will make Super Hotel my top choice for accommodation next time as well. Thank you very much.

Although it was just after the Obon holidays, the timing worked out and I was able to stay. The shower pressure and temperature in the bath had been properly fixed, so even during my morning bath I could freshen up quickly. I enjoyed the standard meal, and as always, the beer was

The response of the front desk staff (female) was by far the most kind and impressive among the many hotels (including star-rated hotels) I have used so far, and I was able to stay comfortably. The welcome drink of alcohol on weekends, including the recommended sake, was excell

The bed was Simmons and very comfortable. I was thirsty, so I enjoyed a welcome drink of coffee and had Earl Grey tea in the Room using the electric kettle. The amenities were well-prepared, and above all, the Room felt clean and pleasant. If I had to point out one minor issue, i
