I stayed here for my first visit to Ikebukuro to see a performance at the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre. I was pleasantly surprised by how impressive the Hotel was. They also upgraded my Room, so I had a very comfortable stay. My suitcase was brought up to the Room as well, and the service truly felt first-class. I heard the dining is very popular, so next time I’d like to try the restaurant too.

I don’t stay at a Business Hotel very often, but after reading other guests’ Reviews, I felt they were exactly right. Considering the location, I think the price is reasonable. Since it’s uncommon to drive within Tokyo’s 23 wards, it seemed there were only two parking spaces available, but even though I stayed on a Sunday night, I was able to apply on the day and get a spot, which was a big help. I had been prepared to use a nearby paid parking lot, but it was much easier being able to park in the closest place. The room itself felt perfectly fine. Breakfast was also delicious.

Just steps from Mejiro Station and next to the wooded grounds of Gakushuin University, this Hotel is in a wonderful location that makes you forget the bustle of the city. The Starbucks on the front desk floor is a relaxing spot where both younger and older guests unwind. Breakfast vouchers can be used at Starbucks or at Doutor, about a 1-minute walk from the Hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. Coffee next to the front desk is free and unlimited. We bought treats from a nearby cake shop and bakery, picked up paper plates and wooden forks at the front desk, poured coffee, and enjoyed everything in our Room. The chocolate cake from Trad Mejiro across from the Hotel was especially delicious. Perhaps because we stayed on weekdays, we were assigned a twin Room. It was spacious and very clean. The beds are Simmons and very comfortable, and separate pajama sets are provided. Amenities are self-serve next to the front desk, but there was more than enough—having 7 or 8 types of bath salts was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably and helped us relax. It was quiet and extremely comfortable, so we canceled our Accommodation in Ikebukuro and extended our stay here instead. A twin wasn’t available for all nights so we had to change Rooms, but they arranged everything around our schedule and made the move smooth. Thanks to that—and to staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a truly pleasant stay.

Thank you for your hospitality! This is a small Hotel facing a main street in Ikebukuro. The building itself is quite old, but the room was very clean and well maintained, and it was a quiet Hotel with hardly any noise. The breakfast area was also well laid out, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a nice view! This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again when needed!

The room initially seemed small and uncomfortable based on the photos, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. The view from the room's window was likely one of the reasons for this, as it felt open and not claustrophobic. The bathroom and toilet were indeed small and not very comfortable to use. However, there were no malfunctions, and as expected, the toilet had a bidet function. I'll give it full marks for that reason alone. It might be worth upgrading the showerhead to something better since this is not a Business Hotel. Adding an odor-eliminating feature to the toilet could also improve things further. A slightly larger TV screen in the room would have been better since it's not very clear when viewed from the bed. I used my own DVDs with a DVD player provided in the room and watched Saariaho's "L'Amour de Loin" and Pergolesi's "Adriano in Siria." The soundproofing of the room could be improved as some ambient noise from outside was audible, though it wasn't overly disruptive—just enough to keep my volume low while watching movies or listening to music. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, offering no major inconveniences; however, overall it felt comparable to a Business Hotel standard. Some high-end Business Hotels even offer better rooms than this one—with more functional TVs, air purifiers readily available, or accessory trays provided. For its price point, I found the room somewhat lacking; however, what truly stands out about this hotel is its excellent location—it’s directly connected to Sunshine City shopping complex! The hotel's interior design is stylish overall; having well-stocked convenience store items nearby adds value too! The view from my upgraded higher-grade Room (thanks due-to availability) especially shines at night-time scenery-wise! Elevators are plentiful so waiting times aren’t frustrating either! Breakfast buffet quality-wise rates average yet unique inclusion like buckwheat galettes stood-out positively amongst offerings! In conclusion: While pricing may lean towards expensive-side relatively speaking—this accommodation excels primarily thanks-to unbeatable location alongside stunning nighttime views

I still think this is a wonderful Hotel. The staff’s hospitality and service were excellent, and I was able to enjoy another comfortable stay. Also, the breakfast was just as delicious as before, and I was very satisfied. The morning pasta made to order and the white wine were outstanding. One thing I noticed was the area around the shelf installed above the bathtub. With a bit more attention to cleaning and inspection, the stay would feel even more pleasant. Also, since the outlet is more than 1 meter from the bed, I recommend bringing a slightly longer charging cable if you want to charge your devices at your bedside. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a Pokémon GO event, and it was right in the middle of Ikebukuro’s raid hotspot. From the Room, I could reach multiple Gyms and PokéStops, and raids start forming from 6:00 a.m. During the event, it was nonstop—groups quickly filled to 20 people. That alone greatly increases this Hotel’s value. The Room was on the small side, but it had all the basic amenities. More power outlets would make it even better. My only complaint was that the toilet paper was thin. There are also plenty of chain restaurants nearby, so you have lots of dining options.

Because our last stay was so great, we chose to return again this time. Once again, the staff were courteous, and the Room was clean and comfortable. We felt at ease and were able to relax throughout our stay. This is a Hotel that makes you want to stay again. We would love to visit again next time!

It was a compact, easy-to-use Room. The showerhead, hair dryer, and shampoo amenities were all ReFa, which was great. However, it was disappointing that the bathroom had not been fully cleaned. Since it’s close to the station, I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Very close to the station, with a LAN behind it. Shopping areas are also not far—an excellent location. We booked at a good rate: 39,000 for three days for three people. If I can get a price like this again, I would consider staying here again.

Great value for a 2-night stay in Ikebukuro. However, I underestimated the underground passageways. It was nice that it’s a 1-minute walk from Exit C1, and there are places like MOS Burger and Matsuya nearby, so finding food wasn’t a problem. But it’s quite a walk to the JR lines and Tokyo Metro lol. You keep the key with you until checkout, so you don’t have to leave it at the front desk each time, and being able to come and go freely 24 hours is convenient.

I stayed for one night during my trip to Tokyo and had a very comfortable experience. I was pleased with the spacious bathroom and bed. Once I entered the room, I could relax at my own pace until checkout. The price was very reasonable, which I appreciated. It was also helpful that they stored my luggage on the day of my stay. I stayed here because it was close to the station for an event. The staff had a warm, homey atmosphere, and they also stored my luggage, which was a big help. The Facility felt old-fashioned, and the shower water pressure was very weak so bathing took a long time. Also, some wallpaper was peeling, the toilet seat lid was cracked and misaligned, and the Room door didn’t fit well and was hard to open and close. I would appreciate it if these could be repaired if possible. Other than that, everything was comfortable overall. Check-out is not until 12:00 p.m., which gave me plenty of time. It’s affordable despite being near the station, and there’s also a convenience store nearby, which made it very convenient. Thank you very much. I hope to stay with you again when I have another opportunity.
