I’ve been staying here for years, so I always feel at ease. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, and reasonably priced places to eat nearby. It’s also fun to take a walk around town.

I used this place for the first time to meet a friend who lives along the Chuo Line. I chose it because of its high Reviews, and it made sense once I realized at check-in that it’s part of a karaoke chain I often use. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of shops along the way, so you won’t have any trouble. Plus, inside the Facility you can enjoy various light snacks and drinks for free, which was a big help during this hot season since I didn’t have to walk around outside much. There’s no elevator in the Facility, so going back and forth between the 1st floor (lockers) and the 4th floor (dining area) is a bit tiring, but it’s manageable—almost like good exercise. Loungewear and towels are freely available, and amenities are well stocked throughout, so there’s no need to bring extra items. The large public bath was more spacious than expected, and I was surprised they even had both a mist sauna and a tent sauna. For light meals, they served ramen and dashi ochazuke from late afternoon into the evening. Drinks included alcohol as well. In the morning there were curry and dashi ochazuke, plus pancakes and cereal. It also seemed like miso soup and the drink bar were available at all times during my stay. I’ve stayed in many capsule hotels before, but thanks in part to how considerate other guests were, this was by far the most comfortable capsule experience I’ve had—including both amenities and overall comfort inside. The price may be slightly higher than average, but service is attentive down to small details, so overall satisfaction is high. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have another chance.

Although I live outside the area, my son lives in Koenji, and this was my second stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless, and very comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their heartfelt service. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I have already made a Reservation for November as well, and I look forward to staying with you again.

I had an errand in Kichijoji and was able to stay here again. The front desk staff are friendly, and it’s comfortable—one of my favorites!

Although it is a little away from the city center, Mitaka Station is the nearest station and it offers convenient access from Shinjuku. The Room meets Richmond’s reliable standards and is comfortable. Breakfast at Sizzler is also highly recommended.

It’s just a short walk from the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so I always stay here. The Room is clean, it’s quiet with no noise from next door, and I can relax well. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff are always friendly and pleasant.

I stayed for five nights as part of a movie promotion. It’s close to the station, so I made a Reservation right away. Although it was a complicated Reservation with the number of guests changing depending on the day, you suggested a plan that made moving between Rooms smooth, and I was able to stay very comfortably. Both the front desk and the lounge offered exceptionally warm, pleasant service—rare for a Hotel—and it really helped me relax. Since I was on a lower floor, getting around by stairs was easy and convenient. As I booked the premium type, I could also use the lounge with complimentary drinks (including alcohol), which almost felt wasted on a simple business trip. If you plan to have dinner in the lounge, I recommend adding an à la carte dish (the buffet is average). Unfortunately, the overall behavior of Japanese tourists at that time wasn’t great (nothing that can be helped). One concern was that there was quite a strong vibration noise coming from somewhere on an upper floor until late at night, which would make it hard to relax during the day.

It was great. Everything was well equipped, and I was especially happy that there was a washing machine. The supplies and detergent were provided too, which really helped since I was drenched in sweat. It was so much better than a Hotel.

It was my first time using it. The room had an auto-lock system, so even as a woman, I felt safe staying there! I was looking for a place just to sleep, and the amenities were sufficient and the inside was clean, so I was satisfied with staying at this price! With No Meals Included, I received 600 PayPay points and could stay for 5400 yen. I definitely want to use it again!!
