The relaxing Facility, the charming Room, the wonderful cuisine, and the silky Onsen I could stay in forever—everything was exceptional. The staff’s warm smiles and attentive hospitality made it even better. This is the first Accommodation where I truly didn’t want to leave because it felt so comfortable. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

It’s a Business Hotel close to the station, with a large public bath, and the breakfast is delicious—overall, I think it’s very good. Maybe it was just by chance, but I was a bit surprised because the sound of doors closing—from the floor above or the neighboring Room—echoed loudly. Also, what may have been the sound of drawers was very loud as well. Since it didn’t continue, it didn’t bother me after that. I was able to rest well and had a comfortable stay. If I have another opportunity to visit Yanagawa, I’d like to stay here again.

True to its concept of a day-use hot spring with full Accommodation features, the baths are wonderfully well equipped. The electric bath was so strong it nearly made my body stiff—perfect for enthusiasts? (lol) Breakfast wasn’t a buffet; it was served in a beautiful basket-style set, and I was very satisfied with the quality and variety. The location is ideal for a stay in Yanagawa. The Room felt a bit small for someone with a larger build in the standard type, so next time I may choose an upgraded class. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Being welcomed by staff wearing SoftBank Hawks uniforms was wonderful! It’s the perfect place to stay if you’re heading to Tamasta Chikugo!

I had to travel suddenly from Nagasaki for a wake, and stayed here afterward. My son and his wife also came from Aichi, and we stayed together in a large Room. We had dinner after the wake and checked in late, so I thought we wouldn’t make it to our reserved private bath time. However, we were still able to use the private bath, and my grandchild was thrilled to enjoy it with us. The breakfast staff were also very kind. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

On our previous stay, we stayed in the Room “Kyujyo” and had a very comfortable time. This time, we stayed in the detached Room “Shin,” about 3–4 minutes away by car. It was originally built as a storehouse of the Marubayashi family, who prospered as lantern makers. The earthen walls and exposed pillars and beams are full of character, and the open atrium ceiling makes this private rental villa feel wonderfully spacious and luxurious. During bath time, we were soothed by the scent of cedar wood and truly enjoyed a peaceful escape from everyday noise—there’s no TV or clock. We also enjoyed comparing three types of Yame tea and tasting local sake (Shigemasu), which let us experience Yame’s food culture. Breakfast was delicious, healthy, and generously portioned—we were completely satisfied. We also enjoyed chatting with the wonderful woman who assisted us. Seeing someone so motivated at work made it clear how appealing the management company is as well. Someday, we would love to stay in another Room too. Thank you very much.

Recently, I've found myself not only fascinated by traditional Japanese house cafes but also longing to stay at a property. I finally had the chance to stay at Craft inn Te. This property is managed by the regional cultural trading company "Unagi no Nedoko," which focuses on promoting quality items, particularly those crafted by hand, such as traditional crafts. As such, the furnishings and miscellaneous goods are all carefully selected and of high quality. In addition to the beams and pillars, these meticulously crafted items further enhance the charm of the traditional Japanese house. During tea time, I enjoyed delicious Yame tea on an indigo-dyed table, was soothed by the scent of Yame cedar during bath time, slept peacefully in Kurume kasuri monpe, and boosted my gut health with a healthy breakfast served in a wooden tub. I fully enjoyed the traditional Japanese house life without a TV or clock. Next time, I would like to stay in the bamboo room. I look forward to visiting again.

It feels a bit old-fashioned, but the Room is simple, the air conditioning worked well, the shower water pressure was good, and it was great that we could use the lounge for free.

I found this Accommodation by searching for the closest place to stay near the stadium to watch a Hawks farm team game. Just as the front desk staff told me, I was able to get there in a little under 15 minutes while taking a walk through Chikugo Regional Park. I enjoyed the baseball game as well as food and beer at the stadium, and on the way back I took my time strolling back. The large public bath on the rooftop had a great view, and I even enjoyed an early morning bath. It’s not an Onsen; they pump up groundwater and heat it, and it was a wonderful bath with pleasantly soft water. Breakfast was a Japanese set meal with plenty of dishes, and my husband even had seconds of rice. The aonori seaweed miso soup in particular was delicious. Also, the tea prepared in our Room was outstanding—this really is a famous tea region. I made cold-brew tea using chilled water from the water server, and it had such a beautiful green color with a pronounced natural sweetness—excellent. On our way out, we bought tea, aonori seaweed, and miso at the shop. The surroundings were very nice, and we were able to spend our time quietly. The price was reasonable, the staff were helpful, and I’d like to stay again.

The staff were incredibly kind, which truly impressed me. The building felt a bit old, but the Room and restaurant have been renovated and were clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious, yet very reasonably priced—I think this Hotel offers outstanding value for money. I especially recommend the junmai umeshu with a fragrant sake aroma at dinner; it was amazingly good. This is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to return to every year.

We stayed during the May holiday period. On the way, we got caught in traffic jams many times and ended up arriving close to 7:30 p.m. Since we had booked a Plan with dinner included, I felt very sorry, but they welcomed us without showing any displeasure and even offered kind words about the traffic, which made us feel at ease and able to relax. In particular, the slightly older female staff member at reception and the young female staff member in the dining room were wonderfully considerate. We also enjoyed hearing lots of local stories (such as delicacies from the Ariake Sea and why there are no terrace seats in Yanagawa due to mosquitoes), making it a very enjoyable stay. Because we had been eating a lot every day during Golden Week, we chose a minimal Plan without eel, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious—so much so that we thought it might have been worth stretching ourselves to choose a more lavish Plan. The Room was also clean and very nice. The only disappointment was an older female staff member in the dining room at dinner. Even though there was still food left, she tried to clear our plates without asking; we stopped her, but she almost did it again right afterward. I nearly told her to stop it already, but held back because the young staff member mentioned above was so excellent. The only drawback is that there is a big difference in service quality among staff; if you happen to get an unlucky one, your impression may change.

A reliably solid stay at Hotel AZ. I stayed here because there was a night visit to Fukushima Hachimangu Shrine. Around the Hotel, there are places like MaxValu, 7-Eleven, and Doramori that stay open late, plus plenty of popular chain restaurants and izakayas—an unbeatable location! It seems the breakfast buffet menu varies slightly by area. Here they had canned tuna and even donuts. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked a bit more variety in the salads. Still, everything was tasty! There was no ice or deodorizer in the Room, but when I asked at the front desk they took care of it. I was able to relax again this time.
