I opted for breakfast included in my stay, and everything was delicious! There were so many tempting options that I ended up trying a little bit of everything. It was such a satisfying start to the day! This is by far the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. For anyone staying h

I arrived by car and struggled at first with the unfamiliar elevator-style parking system, but the staff kindly guided me patiently, and I was able to park without any trouble. At check-in, I was thrilled to find that my Room number matched my wedding anniversary date! Of course

I booked this Hotel to attend a funeral. It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. It was convenient to pick up what I needed from the lobby myself. However, the water pressure felt weak. Maybe due to a water shortage? Thank you for your hospitality.

I was very satisfied because the complimentary amenities suited my skin type. The staff were excellent, and since I had some time before check-in, I waited in the lobby and they kindly offered an early check-in. Their explanations were clear, which I really appreciated. It was al

My parents were very impressed and said it was the best breakfast they've ever had; we all enjoyed it thoroughly together. The view from the high floor was also stunning, and my parents were very satisfied as well. Thank you so much for everything. Kahala Hotel is definitely a

With a typhoon forecast to hit directly, we decided on the Sheraton right away. Thanks to that, we stayed dry and could respond based on the latest information, which gave us peace of mind. We were upgraded to a Room and had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was all delicious with locally sourced ingredients—especially the freshly made rice balls, which were outstanding.

From the stylish front desk area to the spacious Room, everything was excellent. The bathroom and toilet were very clean, and the pajamas were comfortable as well. Breakfast was high quality and satisfying. The bakery inside the Hotel was also delicious—both in appearance and

Thank you very much for your kind support during our stay. With the beautiful views of the Minato Mirai area—my mother’s favorite—along with the warm smiles of your staff, we truly enjoyed a wonderful stay filled with heartfelt hospitality. From this perfectly located Hotel whe

Although it’s close to the station, Yokohama Station is so large that I still got a bit lost. However, I found my own landmarks, so next time I’ll be able to get there without any trouble. The unexpected surprise Room upgrade on the day, the amenities, the separate pajama set, and the wide variety of teas made for a very relaxing stay. I will stay here again when I’m in Yokohama.

We were so full that we skipped lunch! Everything tasted delicious. The cakes we bought as souvenirs were beautifully colorful like jewels and adorable; they had been held for us until pickup which was very helpful. We enjoyed them after returning home. Highly recommend this

Breakfast was also delightful with a variety of dishes and impeccable taste. I tried the morning curry, and I was amazed to find turmeric rice prepared in a rice cooker—such attention to detail! Truly a flawless Hotel. From now on, this will be my go-to Hotel for stays in Yokoham

I have stayed here many times. The Facilities are excellent, the Room is clean, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. As I often visit Chinatown and the Yamashita Park area, I chose this Hotel for its convenient access. I also really appreciate being able to use the ReFa hair dryer and hair iron. I would like to stay here again in the future.

I stayed here last year and had such a great experience that I came back again. The location offers easy access to Minato Mirai and central Tokyo, and not only is the Room great, but the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use—and I can’t resist the Komeda breakfast (lol). Next month, I’ll be staying again with my grandchild during summer vacation. Thank you very much!

The Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The amenity selection was surprisingly extensive, and my wife and children were very happy. I could also choose a pillow to suit my preference, and the provided pajamas were very soft on the skin, allowing me to get a hig

I stayed here as my base for a 3-day, 2-night trip. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to a Minatomirai Line station, and it’s also a big plus that major attractions such as Yokohama Chinatown, the Red Brick Warehouse, and Yamashita Park are within walking distance. I booked a Room with panoramic views of Yokohama Port, and since there was availability, I was upgraded free of charge. The Facility was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable—I was able to relax and recover from travel fatigue. This Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting the Minatomirai area.

The water provided in bottles instead of a water dispenser was also nice. As for breakfast, the staff were pleasant, and perhaps because there were many female staff members, everything was kept very clean. Although my stay was short, I really enjoyed it. Thank you very muc
