Despite the economical rates, the bathtub had a built-in step that could be used as a seat, and there was also a separate washing area for the body, which was excellent. It offered Facility services you wouldn’t even find at top-class Hotels costing twice as much. I was able to relax very comfortably. The staff service was wonderful, and it made my trip even more enjoyable.

Thank you very much for letting us stay in a non-smoking Room this time. The Room was spacious and the view was wonderful—everything was perfect. I also thought it was rare to have a foot bath, and it felt great. Everyone who assisted us made a great impression, and whenever we had questions, they kindly helped us, which we really appreciated. It’s close to the station and also near sightseeing spots, so the location was excellent. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. We had a very comfortable stay—thank you so much!

Although we arrived in heavy rain, everything was perfect—the Hotel Facility, the staff’s service, and the meals—so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, making the most of carefully selected ingredients. Since we had a private dining room, we could take our time and enjoy it at a leisurely pace. The Room was very clean and spacious, and there were Hotel macadamia chocolates waiting for us, which we enjoyed right away. Above all, the staff were truly wonderful. The restaurant staff kindly explained even the origins of the ingredients in detail, and I was surprised when they made rice balls from the leftover seasonal mixed rice. We enjoyed them as a tasty late-night snack. Even while walking down the hallway, they spoke to us in a friendly way—chatting about The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii—and they took photos of us in front of large beautiful flowers, bringing back memories of Hawaii. The younger staff members were also very kind; when I didn’t know how to use the coffee maker, they came to our Room and patiently showed me how. The front desk team and even the person who came for bed-making also chatted with us pleasantly. Everyone had such lovely smiles. The only disappointing point was that although the bathtub was spacious with impressive marble, it was slippery at the bottom and I slipped. It may not be an issue for younger guests, but it would be helpful if you could provide non-slip rubber mats for elderly guests. It was a wonderful Hotel in every way. I want to visit again soon.

As we did last year, four of us stayed again for a birthday sleepover. The Facility was well designed with no unnecessary extras, and having a large public bath was fantastic. Because of light rain, we took taxis to and from Chinatown, which was very convenient. We also really enjoyed using screen mirroring on the TV. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and all four of us were completely satisfied.

I had a live show and stayed in Yokohama for the first time in a while instead of central Tokyo. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate bath and toilet, and there was plenty of space throughout the guest room, so I could truly enjoy my Hotel stay. Breakfast was delicious, and even after eating well and taking a walk around the park right in front or exploring Chinatown, an 11:00 check-out was no problem. This is a Hotel that made me want to come back to Yokohama again.

I was able to step away from my busy daily routine and enjoy a calm, high-quality 3-day, 2-night stay. The front desk staff’s polished service was truly pleasant, and I felt reassured from the moment I arrived. The Room was kept beautifully clean and well arranged, and I could sense thoughtful attention to detail throughout. I believe this is an appealing Accommodation, perfect for adults who want to relax quietly in Kamakura. Also, the email replies to my inquiries (before my stay) were very prompt, which was extremely helpful.

I attended a concert at K-Arena and stayed at Hilton Yokohama. Since it’s right next door, it was incredibly convenient, and I was glad I could quickly get in line for the merchandise sales starting at 10:00 the next day. I also had dinner at Ocean Milano in the Hotel. The food was excellent, and all of the staff were wonderful.

I stayed here with my elderly mother. We used a universal Room, and it was very easy for her to use, so she seemed to enjoy staying overnight for the first time in a while. It was our first time using a universal Room, but we would be happy to stay again if we can book this Room. Thank you very much for your thoughtful support.

With a typhoon forecast to hit directly, we decided on the Sheraton right away. Thanks to that, we stayed dry and could respond based on the latest information, which gave us peace of mind. We were upgraded to a Room and had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was all delicious with locally sourced ingredients—especially the freshly made rice balls, which were outstanding.

The area isn’t very safe due to the location, but once inside, it was so clean that I felt at ease. The bathtub was spacious, and it was fun being able to switch between different shower heads. The selectable bath salts and the POLA hand soap also smelled wonderful. There were blinds by the sink area in front of the bathroom, which made me feel more comfortable, and opening them made the Room look larger—really nice. I expected a typical business hotel, but it was very clean! I could watch lots of apps on the TV by logging in, and mirroring worked too. Also, I personally loved the drip bag coffee and lemon mint tea—they were delicious and made me happy. For eco reasons there wasn’t bottled water in the Room (it seems you can get some by following their Instagram), but there was a water dispenser system where you go fill up yourself, and it was great to have both room-temperature water and cold water. The BALMUDA electric kettle looked stylish too—big plus points. The Superior Double bed was extremely comfortable as well. I want to go to Royal Host next time! Very satisfied!

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

This time, three generations of our family stayed for one night as a break for our grandchild who is studying. It was close to Cosmo World and Sky Duck, and it also had a pool. The Room was wonderful, the meals were very satisfying, and everyone was delighted. The view from the Room was also amazing. We would definitely like to visit again together.

This was my first time staying here. From check-in, I was welcomed with a wonderful smile, which raised my expectations. The Room was a twin—spotlessly clean! Perfect for relaxing in a spacious setting on my own. The amenities were great, including cleansing oil that women will appreciate. The shampoo also had a lovely scent. I was able to borrow an air purifier and a hair iron for free! The lounge chair was extremely comfortable as well. Since this stay was for enjoying some solo time, I ordered room service at night: a delicious burger and the dessert of the day. I don’t like truffle fries, so I asked to switch to regular fries, and they happily accommodated my request—I really appreciated it. I definitely want to stay again. Next time, I plan to book with breakfast included. Even during the busy checkout period, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently! If there’s one thing I could ask for, it would be an even better experience if there were a late check-out Plan!

As it’s a new Hotel, it was very clean, the Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay there! I was also very satisfied with the separate roomwear. However, the convenience store is a bit far, and depending on which ticket gate you exit at Yokohama Station, the route can be hard to find.

There was a bathtub right in the middle of the Room—and it was see-through! It was so exciting!! When we actually got in, we could press a button to turn it into frosted glass, so no one could see inside from around us, which made us feel at ease. It had been a while since it was just the two of us, and we ended up reminiscing and excitedly talking about our younger days. It rained quite a lot, so we weren’t expecting much weather-wise, but by chance the rain stopped and when sunlight came through, the view from the window opened up to an expansive ocean—it felt wonderfully freeing. The stylish brown building looked amazing with globe amaranth flowers swaying in the wind, and we even talked about going for a morning walk. We had such a great time in this wonderful Room. Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

This was my first stay for a live concert at Pia Arena. Since it’s right across the street, I could return immediately after the show, which was great. The bathroom had a separate washing area, breakfast was delicious, and even though it was raining I could still enjoy the view (it would have been perfect on a clear day). The staff were also excellent, so this has become a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I’ll definitely come back even when there isn’t a concert. Thank you for your hospitality.

I have stayed here many times. The Facilities are excellent, the Room is clean, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. As I often visit Chinatown and the Yamashita Park area, I chose this Hotel for its convenient access. I also really appreciate being able to use the ReFa hair dryer and hair iron. I would like to stay here again in the future.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

I stayed here as my base for a 3-day, 2-night trip. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to a Minatomirai Line station, and it’s also a big plus that major attractions such as Yokohama Chinatown, the Red Brick Warehouse, and Yamashita Park are within walking distance. I booked a Room with panoramic views of Yokohama Port, and since there was availability, I was upgraded free of charge. The Facility was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable—I was able to relax and recover from travel fatigue. This Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting the Minatomirai area.
