Everything was absolutely delicious. They even had Premium Malts bottled beer, and I was very satisfied with the pleasant service. Above all, the breakfast at Le Normandie was highly praised by my mother! The weather was great, and we enjoyed the wonderful scenery along wi

Among Business Hotels, Richmond Hotel is my favorite because the Room is spacious and the Facility is excellent. The large desk with a desk lamp and the comfortable caster chair made my stay very pleasant. The slightly larger sofa is also a nice touch. The entire Room is bright,

We stayed in a Yokohama Floor Bay View Room on a high floor, and the view was wonderful—we could see both the ocean and the Ferris wheel. The Room was spacious, and it was very convenient that the bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower booth. The shampoo, conditioner, and b

This time I couldn’t book a non-smoking Room and ended up with a smoking Room, so the smell did bother me, but the Room was very spacious. Everything was well taken care of, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable trip. It was also great that the Hotel is close to convenience sto

All of the staff were kind, and what stood out most was on the morning of checkout. When I left my Room, an employee who had been working some distance away took the time to stand up and bow to me. That thoughtfulness made me very happy and gave me a pleasant start to the day. N

The reception and breakfast staff were all very kind. They also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. Thank you. The amenities were excellent, and it was nice to choose from various types of pillows. The welcome drink had a variety of options that co

I stayed here for a live event. The large public bath and the variety of amenities were excellent, and I was very satisfied. The late-night ochazuke was delicious! Breakfast was also tasty, and I was truly satisfied. All the staff members were incredibly kind and attentiv

It was just a short walk from Bashamichi Station. With Yokohama Cosmo World, World Porters, the CupNoodles Museum, and Hammerhead Park nearby, the location was excellent and very convenient. I chose a Room on the side facing the Yokohama Cosmo World Ferris wheel and enjoyed both

There is a PRONTO on the first floor of the Hotel, and a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. One minor point: for eco reasons, the lower roll of toilet paper was left wrapped with instructions to use it only after finishing the upper roll; when we removed the wrapping

The Room has been renovated and is very clean. A DVD player was provided in advance, and there’s a 50-inch TV with a large screen where I watched my own DVD—Monteverdi's opera "The Coronation of Poppea." It was enjoyable even from bed! The bathroom features ReFa showerheads

Since this was also a family trip, I chose this Hotel one stop from Yokohama Station so my family could spend time comfortably while I was at the concert. We selected a slightly larger Room with two beds plus a Japanese-style space to relax as a family, and it was excellent.

I stayed with a friend in a smoking twin room with breakfast included. We relaxed on the spacious beds, went out around town, and after returning to the Hotel after 1:00 a.m., we were able to unwind and enjoy the large public bath. The air conditioning worked well, so we stayed c

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

The staff, both at the front desk and in the dining area, were kind and attentive, providing a perfect score of 100 for their service. I am grateful. The cleaning staff also greeted me pleasantly, allowing me to leave in a good mood. When I come to Yokohama, I definitely plan

I was very satisfied with the courteous service and the clean Room, just like last time. I was grateful for the consideration of being placed on the same floor as my companion, which made it easy to move between rooms. My companion seemed satisfied as well. The bed was comfortabl

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality! Everyone’s smiles were truly lovely. It was clear that you were always attentive to your guests—something I don’t think you find at Hotels in central Tokyo. Thank you again!

I stayed for one night with my daughter. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate bath and toilet, making it comfortable. The location was very close to the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so we had no inconvenience. I actually wanted a multiple n

This was my first stay here. The front desk staff greeted us with a smile and kindly answered all of our questions in detail. Our connecting rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was larger than the one at home, so we could relax and had a very comfortable stay. Because the hotel is located up a hill, getting to Sakuragicho Station can be a bit challenging, but there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which makes it easy to get around. We also booked an additional single room—thank you for placing it close to our room. I would love to stay here again when visiting Yokohama.

Beauty items such as hair irons, makeup removers, and lotions were well-prepared and extremely helpful. Additionally, there were complimentary drinks and desserts, showcasing thoughtful hospitality that truly moved me. Moreover, the rooftop footbath offered a relaxing time wit

There were quite a few foreign guests at the Hotel reception, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that was open early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay agai
