It was a relief to see the people who had taken care of me before. Set on a quiet hill with great views, the staff were all cheerful and courteous, the Room was clean, the Onsen was relaxing, and the full-course meal was delicious—more than enough to be fully satisfied. Unfortunately it was raining when I left, but at checkout they lent me an umbrella and told me to take it home, which really helped. This is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

From the phone call before our stay, the service was very courteous and pleasant. Many of the staff seemed young, but everyone was wonderfully attentive, and we were able to relax throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and it was also lovely to move to the lounge and enjoy dessert while taking in the view outside. We would definitely like to stay again.

I recently stayed here on a solo trip. The room had large windows that made it feel very open, with a great view, and I was able to relax in the hot spring and the private stone sauna. The meals were wonderful and let me fully enjoy local ingredients, but there was just one small disappointment: since the food was so delicious, it felt a bit unfortunate to be eating with disposable chopsticks. The staff were kind and the value for money was great, so I’d love to stay again if I have the chance!

This was our first trip to Atami, and we stayed here as a couple. The staff were very helpful, and we were satisfied. Our Room was Japanese-style, and it was nice that it could be divided into separate spaces with sliding doors. We were a bit concerned that the toilet area had a step up. We were also happy with the view and had a very pleasant stay. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious, and the breakfast buffet also had an excellent selection. Thank you very much.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. They were kind and attentive, and every staff member greeted us as we passed by. The food was delicious, and the service was a pleasure. All rooms had an open, ocean-view setting. This can’t really be helped, but the long layout made getting around a bit tiring.

As the facility is relatively new, it seems not widely known yet, but every detail—from the room layout and furniture to amenities and lighting—reflects thoughtful design. The spacious and quiet environment made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The open-air bath was particul
