The Room felt smaller compared to other Route Inn twin rooms. With two adults and suitcases, there was no space to open them comfortably. Other Facilities and services were as usual, comfortable and satisfactory. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here while visiting my hometown. My husband had previously stayed for work and said the breakfast was very delicious, so I was looking forward to it. For both days, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a relaxed pace. They also kindly accommodated an early check-in. What was disappointing was that the Chinese restaurant was closed that day. On the second day, I put out the sign requesting Room cleaning and left, but when I returned close to 3:00 p.m., housekeeping was still in progress. Perhaps it had been overlooked… I had no choice but to wait in the lobby until it seemed they were about to finish. Lastly, when leaving the parking lot, the free ticket wasn’t enough and I had to pay extra. If someone had mentioned that charges apply after 24 hours, for example, I could have confirmed it at the front desk before leaving. Other than that, the service was excellent and we had a very comfortable stay.

I have my family home in Onagawa, and when traveling to and from my hometown, I used to pass by the road next to this Hotel. This was my first time staying here, and the views from the Room and the bath were wonderful. Both dinner and breakfast used plenty of local ingredients and were very delicious. I’ll have another chance to visit my hometown, so I’d like to stay again.

The Room is clean and pleasant, making it very easy to use. The breakfast menu includes local specialties, which is something to look forward to. If I were to mention one thing, it would be nice if the dining facilities within the building stayed open a little later.

We stayed the night before our trip to Mt. Kinka. The Room was well cleaned and felt very fresh and tidy. The women’s bath area was small with only two washing stations, but it was nice to be able to soak in a large bathtub. Breakfast was excellent. The white rice was Tsuyahime; it was my first time trying it, and it was delicious. The miso soup had great dashi flavor, and everyone in our family had seconds. The side dishes also felt homemade and were very tasty. We would like to stay again.

As we did last year, we stayed at your Accommodation again. We were blessed with great weather and had a truly comfortable, relaxing time. The BBQ was so generous we were completely full, and the fish ball soup was amazing! We also really appreciated being able to enjoy the light breakfast items, frozen foods, coffee, and more at our own pace. Thank you as well for storing the fish we caught in your refrigerator—it was a huge help. We were also grateful for the discount voucher for Yupopo nearby. This is only a small request, but since we go fishing, we would be very happy if there were a shared kitchen area for guests like at a campsite. Even if that’s difficult, it would have been even better if there had been some shade—such as a parasol or tarp—by the faucet and table area we used this time. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

I was able to stay at a very low price. It was helpful that breakfast is available from 6:00 a.m., and the lady in the dining hall was cheerful and kind. The front desk staff were also helpful and courteous, both on the phone and in person.

I stayed on the second floor in a non-smoking Room. The Room was clean, and the bed was spacious. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The water temperature could be adjusted, and I enjoyed relaxing with hot water. There was no noise or footsteps to disturb me, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again with a meal Plan next time.

We were very satisfied with the meals. When we weren’t sure what to choose, we went with the sukiyaki course recommended as “If you’re in trouble, choose this,” and it was more than enough—very satisfying. The taste was great as well. My wife and I even said that the head chef must be excellent. The bath would have been even better with an open-air bath. The water temperature was on the lukewarm side, which meant you could stay in for a long time—I liked it. The Facility felt a bit old, but overall we thought it was really great. The staff in charge of service were very polite, and everyone was pleasant. Next time, I’d like to bring our son.
