I stayed at Hanaikada. The staff’s hospitality and attention to every detail made me truly glad I chose this Accommodation. I was able to relax, and both the meals and the baths were wonderful. Thank you very much.

This is my fourth stay, and each time has been better than the last. In addition to the exceptional hospitality each staff member shows to every guest, you can also feel their dedication to continually improving the Accommodation, and I discover something new with every visit. I’m always grateful for the irreplaceable time I get to spend here—something I can only experience at Takinami. Next time will be in autumn. Thank you in advance.

It was a very relaxing Accommodation. Although the building has a sense of history, it was thoroughly cleaned and well maintained, so we enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The staff kindly accommodated many of our requests, and we truly appreciate it. Of course, the service was excellent! The meals were also delicious, including Yonezawa beef filet steak and shabu-shabu. The semi-open-air bath in the Room was supplied with natural hot spring water, and the quality of the water was wonderful. It is an Accommodation that made us want to come back for a Multiple Night Stay.

I visited with a friend who loves traveling. This was my third stay, and as always, the food was excellent, and the Onsen was amazing. My friend, visiting for the first time, also enjoyed it and went to the bath twice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I booked this as a stopover for the middle of our Multiple Night Stay trip without knowing much about the area, and it was wonderful! The Room was spacious, and the futons were already laid out in the Japanese-style room. The bedding was very comfortable—perhaps with a mattress included—and I slept well without any body aches. The Onsen Facility was also very clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, and my wife and children were very happy. Thank you!

The garden was lovely, and we really enjoyed our walk. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in the Kinko storehouse Accommodation. Although you can’t see outside from the Room, the cute sliding door that rattles as it opens added charm, and we relaxed on the blue sofa. If you have small children, the stairs may be a bit hazardous. The Room mixes old and new elements, but because the original design has been respected, there were a few unexpected protrusions. The meals were excellent—so delicious! We were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. Given how good the food was, we felt the price was very reasonable. We also appreciated the fireworks after dinner. Since there are hardly any lights around, the fireworks looked even more magical. It made for a wonderful summer holiday. Thank you very much.

The Onsen inside the station is convenient because you can go there from the Hotel in the provided sleepwear. Breakfast was Japanese only, but it would have been nice to have Western options such as bread as well. Also, there was a plug for charging a mobile phone in the room, so I didn’t use my own charger, but when I checked in the morning it had only charged a little.

We stayed here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, traveling with my spouse, our dog, and my mother. It had been about 10 years since our last visit, and I’m truly glad we came back. At check-in, they had prepared a special anniversary surprise for us, which was very moving. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming that it made us feel genuinely warm inside. We also received congratulations from the proprietress at dinner; we felt humbled but very happy. The Onsen is available almost all the time except during the men’s/women’s rotation, and the water quality is excellent—our bodies stayed warm and our skin felt silky smooth. Both dinner and breakfast were generous in portion size, and we were fully satisfied to enjoy delicious Yonezawa beef and freshly pounded mochi. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. By chance there was a fireworks festival that day, and we were lucky enough to watch it from our Room. The service floor has a microwave, which was helpful for warming up our dog’s meals. It was also nice to relax in the lobby with a good cup of coffee on departure morning. At check-out as well, we enjoyed chatting with the front desk staff, who saw us off with smiles until the very end. My mother—who hadn’t traveled in quite some time—was delighted too, so choosing this Accommodation was absolutely the right decision. Thank you very much; we would love to visit again.

I think this was my third or fourth stay. The property is clean, there’s an Onsen, and even the single Room is spacious, so it’s far more comfortable than a major Business Hotel chain. It’s also convenient to have separate slippers for in-room use and for around the building. The Room design is simple yet thoughtful, and it feels like a waste to stay only one night. Next time I’d like to visit the bakery as well. Whenever I have business near Nagai City, I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed as a couple on 8/5. The Ryokan is located around the middle of the Akayu Onsen town. Arriving at the entrance on a quiet midsummer afternoon, we were warmly welcomed by a beautiful proprietress. The artworks displayed throughout were truly beautiful and valuable, with a nostalgic yet mysterious feel—it was like visiting a hidden museum surrounded by majestic mountains. The Onsen baths included a Roman-style bath and a rock bath. Everything was kept very clean, and the artistic atmosphere carried through. Best of all, the water was pleasantly hot and felt great for stiff shoulders and nerve pain. The shower pressure was strong too—excellent. We ate nearby this time, but it sounds like they offer carefully curated menus. And the Room: a spacious Japanese-style Room, welcome tea and sweets, and a large TV. We were very satisfied. I also saw comments from others saying the facilities and building are old—but that’s exactly part of its charm. I hope it can remain just as it is for as long as possible. It was an old-fashioned, artistic Ryokan where we could truly relax and feel healed. Thank you very much!

It was a traditional Ryokan with a sense of history. The hinoki wood bath was also excellent.

The staff’s hospitality was truly pleasant. It wasn’t too mechanical or overly familiar—just the right level of attentiveness. Late at night, I read manga in the lounge, and nearby a family of guests was enjoying board games, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The Room was small but very clean, including the bathroom and toilet. The larger bed was a Sealy. It felt as if it gently conformed to my body, and I personally slept very comfortably. Breakfast was an ochazuke set meal. I added toppings like sakura shrimp (I think), tororo kombu (shredded kelp), and Nozawana pickles, then poured dashi over it. Everything—from grilled fish to simmered dishes, stir-fried items, miso soup, salad, and fruit—was well balanced and delicious. Although it was cloudy/rainy throughout my stay and we even had heavy rain on the second day, I still felt great. I’d love to visit again when the weather is clear. Thank you very much.

First-time glamping in a Snow Peak JYUBAKO. We were excited about this camping-style glamping experience, but with the forecast of bad weather, we felt uneasy. After consulting with the staff, they kindly prepared a tarp and charcoal so we could still enjoy a camping atmosphere indoors. We were deeply touched by the manager's thoughtfulness. The meals were more than enough to eat, and on clear nights, you can enjoy a sky full of stars. With easy access from the highway, it's highly recommended for camping beginners. We would love to visit again if given the chance!

Thank you very much for your flexible support. All of the staff were friendly, kind, and attentive, and we had a very comfortable stay. We were able to rent a yukata for our dog—something she rarely gets to wear—and took some adorable photos. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. Because our stay was on a tight schedule, we couldn’t go fishing this time, but our dog happily ran around in the spacious dog run, and we were very satisfied with our stay. When we visit Nanyo or Shirataka again, we would definitely like to stay here again.
