梅田藝術劇場 周邊 × 滿意度評價高的飯店·日式旅館

Everything about my stay was wonderful, and I truly had a deeply satisfying time. I was impressed by the staff’s courteous and warm hospitality, attentive service, and the comfortable space. This is a truly excellent hotel that I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Whenever I visit Osaka, I always stay here. This time, I was grateful that you unexpectedly prepared a larger room for me. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with a wider variety of side dishes than last time.

The room was very clean, and the balcony terrace made it feel even more spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The guest-only lounge had a great atmosphere, and both the drinks and snacks were delicious. The “Miracle Breakfast” lived up to its name—made with carefully selected ingredients, it was outstanding in both ambiance and taste. Also, thank you for kindly storing our luggage before check-in, which allowed us to explore Osaka comfortably.

Thank you always for such a comfortable stay. Everyone at the front desk and in the lobby, as well as the housekeeping staff, is truly friendly and kind. Staying here makes my memories of Osaka even warmer—this is my favorite and best Accommodation. I look forward to staying with you again next time.

The hospitality was outstanding. I make sure to stay here at least once every year. Next time, I plan to stay for two nights.

The Ladies’ Room had a steam feature, and it was fully stocked with cleansing products and face packs, which was very satisfying. The Room also had a large mirror, making it easy to apply makeup. Breakfast included both Japanese and Western options. There were so many delicious-looking dishes that I wanted to try them all. I ended up rushing to finish within the one-hour time limit. Everything was carefully handmade and very tasty.

We used the anniversary Plan to celebrate my partner's birthday. Before our stay, we had sent a gift in advance, and it was already beautifully set up in the Room upon our arrival. Additionally, we consulted about a surprise beforehand, and despite some timing challenges (I missed the confirmation email after check-in—my apologies for that), the staff assisted us very kindly and thoughtfully, which made us truly happy. We couldn't finish one bottle of champagne and the cake between just the two of us—we felt sorry about that! The atmosphere was stylish, and my partner especially appreciated being able to take drinks like coffee in portable cups back to our Room. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity. Thank you so much!

I usually stay at Hotels near the station, but this was my first time here for a long weekend. It’s listed as a 5-minute walk from Osaka Station, and it felt even closer—just a short walk from Hankyu Department Store. There are many reasonably priced, popular restaurants nearby with lines, so even with No Meals Included I was able to fully enjoy Osaka-style cuisine. The twin Room had plenty of space, and the bathtub was large and deep enough to really soak away travel fatigue. The amenities were excellent as well—I was especially pleased with the high-quality coffee and tea provided. Both convenience and comfort were outstanding, and I confidently recommended it to friends. I would definitely stay again.

I chose this Hotel because smoking is allowed, and I was able to leave my luggage before check-in upon arrival, so I didn’t have to look for a coin locker. I don’t usually eat breakfast, but it was so delicious that I’m glad I booked the plan with breakfast included. Thank you very much.

The location was great, the Room was clean, and it was a good-value stay. The air conditioning was comfortable, and although the Room faced the tracks, the noise didn’t bother me much. The front desk staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious, but if I had to ask for more, I would have liked rice and miso soup. I’d be happy to stay again if I have the chance.

It was my first stay in a while, and the floor had a calm atmosphere. The Room was spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and clearly well maintained with an excellent sense of cleanliness. Above all, every staff member was courteous and professional, which made my stay very comfortable. Choosing this property for my time in Osaka was absolutely the right decision. I would love to stay again when I have the opportunity, and I look forward to seeing you then.

I stayed for three nights in early September. All of the staff were pleasant, kind, and efficient, which left a great impression. The location was convenient with good transport access, and there were several convenience stores and commercial buildings nearby. I plan to stay here again next time.

I stayed for two nights starting on 9/18. As it was my first stay, I wasn’t used to operating the machines and caused some trouble for the staff, but they assisted me each time with great care and kindness, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, and there were takoyaki (perhaps unique to Osaka?), which made for great conversation and a pleasant start to the day. Since I was staying multiple nights, I used the coin laundry; it was a very convenient system, and I truly appreciate how quickly and politely they responded to additional requests. Because it was a four-person room, it felt a bit cramped for four adults, and it was inconvenient that there was no wash basin in the bathroom. Thanks to the location, accessibility was excellent, and if I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

It was my first time using this accommodation, but it was easily accessible from Osaka Station, and the staff were polite, making my stay very pleasant. Thank you.

I was a bit concerned because the average Review score was 4 or below, but there were no issues at all. It’s a perfectly standard Business Hotel, and the Facility is clean. Considering the price and how close it is to the station, I have no complaints. However, for breakfast you’re directed to Yayoiken on the first floor, and it wasn’t very good. That was about the only thing that stood out.

The Room was clean and more spacious than expected. Only the toilet sound surprised me and was a little scary. The shower temperature was on the hot side, and the water pressure was strong. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well. As for amenities, it would have been even better if cotton swabs were provided.

A spacious, relaxing Hotel.

I stayed here a few times several years ago, but recently I noticed the name was no longer listed on the site. When I had a chance to visit Osaka and checked the site again, I saw photos of a building I recognized, even though it was under a different name, so I made a Reservation right away. The front desk service and the in-room amenities—such as toiletries and towels—were far better than before. If I have another opportunity to visit Osaka, I would be happy to stay here again.

I found the white tea-scented body wash very soothing.

Thank you for accommodating my requests when I made a Reservation. Many Hotels do not review requests even if submitted, but check-in was smooth.
