I was so happy to stay here again after a while, and I had a wonderful time. As always, I truly appreciated the friendly, warm hospitality of the staff. This time we were also treated to a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji, which left me feeling refreshed both physically and mentally! In addition, SCAPES’ original skincare products are excellent—I used the serum and toner thoroughly after my bath and my skin felt beautifully radiant. I can’t wait to come back again soon.

I had such an enjoyable time relaxing while admiring the stunning scenery that time flew by quickly. Sitting on the sofa until the end while gazing at the sea made me wish to stay longer... It was such a satisfying experience that I've decided to come back again next year!

Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

It was a very lovely Hotel. The lobby had a café-like atmosphere, and the decorations were beautiful, with artworks that evoked the feeling of the sea. I felt it was a Hotel that could be comfortably enjoyed by both middle-aged guests and families. The breakfast was great a

I stayed here with two friends. It was amazing. We went SUP, made burgers in the Room, drank beer, went to Isshiki Blue Moon, then came back and had more drinks. In the morning, we visited the Hayama Port morning market. It’s our annual tradition. We’ll be back next year.

Until we passed through the gate, we had no idea what to expect, but with the great weather it turned out to be a truly wonderful space. The outdoor bath was at the perfect temperature and the view was incredible. The indoor bath was especially relaxing during daylight hours. It was an ocean view unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and the interior design was stylish throughout. Although it was explained that the property isn’t new, it has been renovated so well that we didn’t feel its age at all, and we stayed very comfortably. The bedroom also had a fantastic view, and the bed was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. It became a wonderful trip where we could enjoy something truly out of the ordinary. Thank you to all of the staff. We would love to stay again.

This was my third stay. Everyone—from the phone and email support to the on-site staff—was wonderful, and it’s a hotel that makes me want to come back again. Because I’m not comfortable with carpets from a hygiene standpoint, and because keeping an eye on my dog so he wouldn’t get into trouble can be tiring, I asked in advance if the carpet could be removed. It seems to depend on the booking situation, but they were able to accommodate my request this time. Thanks to that, I was able to relax even more. Thank you very much. In our home, it’s a rule that we eat together with our dog, so we had Italian dinner in the room. We previously ate on AO’s terrace, but it was a bit cold and dim and felt somewhat lonely, so for those who can’t leave their dog alone, dining in the room is also recommended. A low table can be difficult for eating, so we sat side by side at the counter with our dog (in his cart) between us. We were told that Room B on the first floor has a longer counter, so if you’re staying as a pair, choosing Room B may be best. The food is delicious as expected, and being able to enjoy small portions of many different dishes is very satisfying. For breakfast we ate on Malibu Farm’s terrace. There were plenty of vegetables and a large croissant among other items—it was generous enough that I couldn’t finish everything—but it was delicious. The staff member in charge was also very considerate and made us feel truly comfortable. You can see Malibu Farm’s terrace from the room at night as well; it’s beautifully lit up and feels open and airy, so next time I’d like to try having dinner at Malibu. The Hotel’s service was attentive down to the smallest details and truly wonderful. In the lounge, they asked about my child’s juice preference and kindly made a special peach juice for us, which really impressed me. The building is stylish, and there were also Yayoi Kusama prints that I was glad to see up close. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed for one night as a family to celebrate my mother's 77th birthday. Although the weather was unfortunately rainy, we were able to spend a luxurious and happy time together in the spacious room and beautifully designed resort-like space. The terrace was seamlessly connected to the interior, offering a sense of openness and easy access, which we really appreciated. The wide roof also allowed us to enjoy the terrace even in the rain. My family was very pleased and said it was wonderful! Thank you so much.

We ended up staying for two nights on short notice at the end of summer. For the past 7–8 years, we’ve stayed every year at similar places around Kamakura and Hayama, but this was our first time here—and our whole family agreed it was the best by far. Every Room was stylish and spotless, and the theater Room in particular was amazing—we all enjoyed watching movies together. Morito Beach is just a short walk away, and everything you need is nearby. We spent three days saying we wanted to move here as a family, and on the last day we had to calm down the kids who didn’t want to leave before heading home in tears. Due to our lack of communication, you had to make unnecessary preparations, and even after we left some luggage arrived—causing you a lot of trouble—but you handled everything very kindly. We would love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

During Golden Week, accommodations were fully booked, but a cancellation became available, so I made a reservation and stayed for one night. Despite being Golden Week, it was very reasonably priced and absolutely perfect. The staff were very attentive and excellent. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again!

We stayed with three generations—six people and one dog. It was a great location, just a one-minute walk to the beach. However, the road is narrow, so it was a tight fit and a bit confusing in our Vellfire. The Room itself was very comfortable, with rooms arranged around an inner courtyard. There was a dog crate, but there were no pet supplies such as pee pads, so I wish we had been informed in advance. Overall, it’s a very nice Accommodation. We would like to stay again.

The rooftop view was amazing. I stayed with No Meals Included. Since I didn't have a car, I bought supplies at Zushi Station and took a taxi to the accommodation (less than 15 minutes away). Although the details of room amenities were not fully listed, everything typically found in accommodations was available (except for pajamas). There were even laundry detergents and clothespins, making it perfect for active beach activities. Everything needed for cooking and eating was provided, except for sugar among the seasonings. The tableware was slightly heavy but consisted mostly of large plates, which were ideal for group meals. There were also playing cards available, and the TV could be connected to personal streaming subscriptions. The view from the living room was also great. Next time, I'd like to visit before summer when days are longer. It was such a fulfilling and enjoyable experience! Thank you very much!

We stayed for one night with four guests. The place was spotless and comfortable, with the latest Facility fully equipped. All the essential seasonings were provided (vinegar was available too, although it wasn’t listed!), and the loungewear was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but on a clear day you can enjoy the sunset from the rooftop while taking in views of the ocean and Mt. Fuji. Since it’s a three-story house, going up and down the stairs does take some effort, but the location is excellent—an amazing home we’d love to stay at again.

This property, located in the highly popular area of Hayama, features a unique layout designed to maximize space. The second floor houses the bedrooms, while the third floor includes the living-dining-kitchen (LDK) area, bathroom, and balcony. The fourth floor offers a rooftop space with an elevator for convenience. However, please note that the parking space on the ground floor is quite narrow and directly faces a residential road, which may make parking challenging during certain times of day. If your vehicle exceeds the designated size limit for this parking spot, there is a coin-operated parking lot available diagonally across from the property. Inside, every corner of this facility is impeccably clean and well-organized. From the third-floor living room, you can enjoy stunning views of both the ocean and Mount Fuji (photos available). The facility provides excellent comfort and functionality for guests. Additionally, there is a bus stop with frequent service conveniently located right in front of the property—perfect for accessing dining options near Zushi Station or other nearby areas.
