We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

[All-Inclusive] An Elegant Evening with an Authentic Teppanyaki Dinner and Free-Flow Drinks (Dinner & Breakfast Included) – Premium Twin Room Everything was wonderful. - Room: It was spacious, had a sofa, and we were able to relax comfortably. Having two sinks was also very convenient. However, I tripped on the step at the entrance to the washroom, so I hope this can be improved. - Dining: Every dish in the dinner course looked and tasted amazing. Drinks were free-flow with a glass-exchange system, so we enjoyed beer and sparkling wine. For breakfast, we could choose from three types of galettes, and they were delicious. Curry was also included, which would be great for those with a big appetite—our group doesn’t eat much, so we ended up feeling very full. - The lounge was also a wonderful space where we could relax comfortably. - There was also a large public bath—this was one of the main reasons we chose this property—and everything about it was excellent. We would definitely like to stay again.

This was my first time staying here. The Room was a comfortable size even for three people, and we could see the sea diagonally across from the window. There is a smoking area on each floor. It was a bit hot outside during the day, but while having a smoke and looking at the mountains, we saw a Taiwanese squirrel dart by, black swallowtails fluttering around, and kites flying in the blue summer sky. Since it’s a retro-style Hotel, it gave us a pleasantly nostalgic feeling. My companion tried the set menu of an enzyme bath and foot reflexology massage and said it felt amazing! The enzyme bath was spacious, and the staff were very polite and kind—it seemed to warm up and relax both body and mind. The atmosphere in the Room is calm as well. Amenities like toothbrushes and toilet paper were properly provided. At night, the corridor outside the guest rooms had an Italian-style vibe—I couldn’t help murmuring, “How lovely!” The whole Hotel isn’t flashy, but it’s clean, quiet, spacious, and relaxing. After checkout we all agreed—“That was really nice.” It became a wonderful memory for us. I’d like to stop by again. Thank you for taking care of us.

I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! It was a truly satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

This is one of the few hotels that has carefully preserved the charm of a classic Japanese hotel. Above all, the hospitality is outstanding—even to the point that it may feel a bit over-the-top by today’s standards. If you want overseas friends to experience Japanese culture, I don’t think there is a better place than here, even including Tokyo. The location is also excellent. This was my third stay. Everyone—from the phone and email support to the on-site staff—was wonderful, and it’s a hotel that makes me want to come back again. Because I’m not comfortable with carpets from a hygiene standpoint, and because keeping an eye on my dog so he wouldn’t get into trouble can be tiring, I asked in advance if the carpet could be removed. It seems to depend on the booking situation, but they were able to accommodate my request this time. Thanks to that, I was able to relax even more. Thank you very much. In our home, it’s a rule that we eat together with our dog, so we had Italian dinner in the room. We previously ate on AO’s terrace, but it was a bit cold and dim and felt somewhat lonely, so for those who can’t leave their dog alone, dining in the room is also recommended. A low table can be difficult for eating, so we sat side by side at the counter with our dog (in his cart) between us. We were told that Room B on the first floor has a longer counter, so if you’re staying as a pair, choosing Room B may be best. The food is delicious as expected, and being able to enjoy small portions of many different dishes is very satisfying. For breakfast we ate on Malibu Farm’s terrace. There were plenty of vegetables and a large croissant among other items—it was generous enough that I couldn’t finish everything—but it was delicious. The staff member in charge was also very considerate and made us feel truly comfortable. You can see Malibu Farm’s terrace from the room at night as well; it’s beautifully lit up and feels open and airy, so next time I’d like to try having dinner at Malibu. This was our second stay, following last year, and we were very satisfied. The mountain road to the Accommodation seemed better lit than last year, so we felt safe even at night. We were also glad to have the unexpected chance to chat with the owner. Summer really is the best. We’ll be back again.

When I found this place while looking for Accommodation in Kamakura, I felt so happy—this is it! That feeling was never disappointed; thanks to the wonderful space and warm hospitality, we were able to spend a truly happy time. We had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. I was moved by the care and attention the chef put into each dish. The garden was also beautiful, and we felt lucky to see not only dogs but also visiting squirrels and small birds. It seemed to be run by a younger team, but everyone had a great vibe. The entire Hotel was refined, clean, and very comfortable. My mother struggled a little, so having grab bars in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated for older guests. It’s a place that made me want to come back. Thank you very much for everything.

It was very beautiful and one night was not enough. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

It was my first time staying in Kamakura, and I would love to make this my regular accommodation. Conveniently located near the station and shopping areas. The accommodation was clean and felt as relaxing as visiting a friend's home. The well-prepared amenities were excellent. They kindly stored my luggage early, and promptly contacted me about forgotten items, which was very helpful. I had a leisurely stay and am extremely satisfied. Used by a family of four. Since our children are small, we chose in-Room dining for dinner. Both the in-Room meal and the breakfast buffet were delicious. Our 2-year-old loved the kids’ area and played there for over two hours. There also seemed to be many guests who looked like government employees, and we hardly saw any foreign visitors. The only disappointments were that the futons were a bit thin, the mobile signal was weak, and the Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable.

We stayed as a family with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old grandchildren. Dinner featured an abundant selection of seafood, all fresh and delicious, and both my wife and daughter were very satisfied. Being able to enjoy the meal at a relaxed pace in our Room helped the children stay calm, and we were able to spend unhurried time together as a family. In addition, we are truly grateful to the staff member who was very kind to the children and proactively supported us. Thanks to that, we felt at ease throughout our stay. This Accommodation is highly recommended for families. *There are rental bicycles near the Accommodation, and it was also a wonderful memory being able to cycle down to the seaside in the morning to take photos. We enjoyed quiet Kamakura in the early morning—it was such a refreshing time.* Thank you very much.

We always enjoy staying here. It’s close to both the beach and the station, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing. The nearest convenience store is a bit of a walk, so it’s a good idea to stock up when you find one. This time, it was a little strange that there was only one set of amenities even though we were five people, but since everything was properly provided last time, we don’t think it will be an issue. A condominium with a kitchen, a 10-minute walk from the station and 3 minutes to the beach. It was very convenient since we didn’t have a car. Self check-in is unmanned, but when there was an issue with the screen, staff responded immediately by phone, which made us feel at ease. It was wonderful to cook and dine while enjoying the ocean view from the window. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and other essentials. The Room is spacious and clean, with a living area and dining area, so you can relax comfortably.

This was my third stay, and as always, the cleanliness and stylish interior made for a very comfortable experience. We stayed for two nights, but on the last day, my entire family didn’t want to leave... It became another wonderful memory this year. The staff's excellent service was greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying again next time! P.S. Regarding the bathroom issue I mentioned in a previous review: when taking a shower, water tends to spill onto the bathroom floor due to gaps in the glass door. Perhaps using adhesive strips or rubber seals available at home improvement stores could help prevent leaks? Additionally, the handheld showerhead cannot be fixed properly as it tilts downward on its own. On our second day, we also couldn’t fill up the bathtub; it seemed like an error where it mistakenly detected that it was already full—pressing "auto" would result in music playing after about a minute and then stopping without filling up the tub. I would appreciate if these issues could be addressed. Thank you for your consideration!

The Room was on the second floor, and the stairs were steep and difficult to climb, so I lowered the Facility score. The Room passcode email took a long time to arrive, and I only got it after contacting them, so I deducted points for service. The bath was a jet bath, and the toilet was a modern model, so it was very comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were from MUJI. The Dyson heater warmed up the Room very well. It didn’t make my throat sore like air conditioning does. You can smell the restaurant downstairs coming up, but it closes at 6:00 p.m., so by bedtime the smell was gone. I slept very soundly. I would like to stay again.
