Although I live in the prefecture, I had wanted to stay here for a long time, and I was finally able to do so this time. It’s a dog-focused Hotel in every way, and all the staff were very friendly, so we had a truly enjoyable time. Because it was extremely hot for the season, we couldn’t use the outdoor dog run, but we still had fun using the indoor dog run and taking walks around the property. The meals were stylish and delicious, and the large public bath was not crowded, so I could relax—overall I was satisfied with everything. I can’t stay often, but it’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again if I have the chance.

We stayed here while touring the Kotō Sanzan temples. The top-floor Japanese-Western style room was spacious and had a great view. Both breakfast and dinner used local ingredients, and we were satisfied with both the quality and quantity. The sukiyaki beef was especially delicious. We used the large public bath after day-use hours ended, and it was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were kind as well. The area around the Hotel is also well maintained. We will stay here again when we visit Kotō. Thank you for your hospitality.

The dog run is incredibly spacious—and beautifully maintained! It felt like a waste with just one miniature dachshund. The BBQ facilities are amazing too. It was a very windy day, but we had no worries at all. The food was great and delicious. The Room was just right, and it was very convenient that the bathroom, washbasin area, and toilet were separate. It’s close to Lake Biwa, and it felt like a private beach—looked like you could even swim there. We’ll definitely be back! We’re also looking forward to the camp site and RV site opening soon.
