Conveniently located right in front of the station. The Room was clean and comfortable.
The lobby had a great atmosphere, and it was interesting that you can bring books from the neighboring library up to your Room to read (though it may not be something you use much on a short stay).
The breakfast buffet was very well stocked—there was squid sashimi, local Yamagata dishes, and even ramen available to order, which felt quite luxurious. The roll cake dessert wasn’t a cheap petit-cake style one; it was genuinely tasty. The pudding also looked good, but unfortunately it seemed to sell out early before I could get some.
