You’ll head in through a surprisingly narrow passageway that makes you wonder, “Are we really going in here!?”—but the location is very convenient, just a short walk from Kanzanji, with an eel restaurant nearby, making the stay very comfortable. The Room was also very clean. However, compared to the Facility’s stated capacity, there were far too few dining chairs—only six. Since we stayed with seven people, it was quite inconvenient. The Goemon-style bath was interesting, but there wasn’t much firewood, and it still felt insufficient for seven people.
That said, the Goemon-style bath, the movable hanging tent, and the view were all incredibly fun. We also enjoyed watching the tides come in and out.
There is a bedroom on the second floor, but since there’s no sink or similar amenities up there, it wasn’t very convenient to use.
