This was my first time staying at this Hotel, recommended by my daughter-in-law. When I informed the staff about our significantly delayed check-in, they responded kindly and professionally. The Room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view from the balcony. My husband and I are already discussing coming back next time with our son, his wife, and our grandchild.

We stayed here during Silver Week. The interior design, furniture, and furnishings were excellent, and the place was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable—we truly enjoyed the villa-style stay. However, since we arrived in the evening tired from golf and sightseeing, we didn’t feel like cooking inside the Facility. We planned to eat at a nearby Japanese restaurant, but it was closed that day, and many restaurants in the area have last orders shortly after 7:00 p.m., so despite what should have been an elegant stay, we ended up having dinner at a curry shop at a nearby roadside station—an unfortunate (maybe?) outcome. There are large supermarkets just a few minutes away by car, so if you feel like cooking you won’t have any trouble; also, if you have an early dinner somewhere beforehand, I don’t think you’ll find many stays as pleasant as this one. If I get the chance, I’d like to try again.

Check-in was easy, and we were able to relax with the family. The bath is a bit shallow, but it is sufficient. We would like to use it again.
