I ended up creating a membership card. When leaving the Hotel, the staff would say "Have a nice day," and upon returning, "Welcome back." The staff's service was excellent. The Room was clean, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast. I would like to stay at this Hotel again

Thank you for your stay. Conveniently located near the bus terminal, Kumamoto Castle, and the downtown area, yet very reasonably priced. The front desk and breakfast staff provided excellent service, and when I dropped my chopsticks, they promptly brought me a new pair. The s

I was there for a live event, and the access was great, so I was very satisfied. The best part was definitely the front desk staff's service. When I went out, they said "Have a nice day," which made me a little happy. The chair in the room was comfortable to sit on, and the

Also, the good taste of that space is wonderful. I occasionally have a one-night stay in Kumamoto, but it was truly an excellent hotel where I could spend my time comfortably. I'm surprised at why I hadn't noticed it until now. I will definitely stay again; thank you to al

It felt like a 4 out of 5. Considering the price, I’d say it’s a 5 overall. A big plus is the excellent selection of restaurants within walking distance: McDonald’s, Saizeriya, and Starbucks are all close by! Convenience stores and large shopping facilities are also nearby. A dow

First, I arrived at the hotel, went for a walk to Sakuramachi, shopped at places like Kaldi, soaked in the hot spring, and indulged in reading manga while eating ice cream, a blissful time. I had ramen at 9:30 and went to bed. Breakfast was a delicious local menu. I took another

Above all, it’s inexpensive. Getting a JPY 3,000 dinner voucher and free breakfast for JPY 10,000 is excellent. Most of all, the izakaya inside the Hotel on the first floor was incredibly delicious and clean—I was completely full and very satisfied. I ordered a course of around J

Since it has only recently been renovated, the Room was clean and designed to be easy to use. The breakfast buffet was also kept at a fair price, offering Kumamoto specialties that I enjoyed. The lobby feels like a bookstore where you can read relatively new books for free, which

After the marathon, I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the large public bath. The changing room is quite compact and can get crowded with 3 to 4 people, but it was still nice to unwind in the spacious tub. It's unfortunate that it will be closing at the end of February. The convenience

The bathtub was also very large, so I could relax in the hot water, which really helped my tired legs. Breakfast was great too—I’m glad I got to enjoy Kumamoto cuisine. When I come to Kumamoto again, I’d like to stay here again. The view really was that wonderful. Thank you very

This was my first stay, and I was able to spend a comfortable time in a very clean Room. The staff were excellent, and I think it’s a very good Hotel. I didn’t add breakfast this time, but I’d like to try it next time. My car didn’t fit in the multi-story parking garage, so

The staff were consistently polite and kind, ensuring a pleasant stay. The Room was sufficiently clean and perfect for business use. Breakfast offered more than 10 freshly prepared dishes, including fish, meat, salad, pickles, and miso soup—well-balanced and enjoyable every
